    Awesome video, Amanda!
    Great tour of modestly priced homes.
    I could totally see us living in the 4th listing!
    Thanks for this one!

    Awww, they are all nice, but the last place was so darn cute I fell in love, the decor was so Mexico… I could definitely live there… Thanks for sharing….

    Hi Amanda, just watched the video. If you are driving from Jocotepec to Costco you don't have to go all the way to Galerias. There's a Costco close to Punto Sur on Lopez Mateo. Also you have Galerias Santa Anita and Punto Sur for Shopping.

    • @therealamandaturner
      @therealamandaturner  2 месяца назад +1

      Yes, that's correct, thank you! I'm really just using Costco as a reference to distance to Guadalajara and Galerias is my favorite area to visit when I need to get some things. But yes, all good points! :)

    Nice to see a variety of price points and locations. FYI: For the first 3 listings, the voiceover stats don't match what is shown on the screen (sometimes slightly off, sometimes very different).

    Last house for me however, what’s the situation with dogs/animals please?🎉

    • @therealamandaturner
      @therealamandaturner  5 дней назад

      It's a very small community, so I'm going to assume they allow small pets only. Small dogs or cats, and most likely no more than 2 of each.

    What brought to out to this area of Mexico? Why did you choose it over a place like San Carlos, Oaxaca or wherever?

    • @therealamandaturner
      @therealamandaturner  Месяц назад

      I chose this area for the weather, greenery, mountains, lake, airport and major city next door. :)

    What is the water situation in Ixtlahuacán?

    • @therealamandaturner
      @therealamandaturner  5 месяцев назад +1

      As far as I know there aren't any issues with water in Ixtlahuacan. Most of the town is on municipal water, and some gated communities will be on wells.

      Every election in the US and Canada brings more people down here. It also causes some to go back. So this will create a good real estate market.

      I don’t think Trump or the next Democratic choice can keep lake Chapala from drying up. It’s going to dry up and that will be the end of that area. I hope I’m wrong. I’ve never been there, but everyone I know that has, all loved it. Say it’s one of the most beautiful places they have ever seen.

      @@j.j.salazar595 we had a drought last year, but the lake is not drying up. It's starting to come back to its previous level prior to the drought, since we've had a great rainy season so far.
