And I love how Wyatt the editor is very excited talking about his art, his eyes lights up. And yes I can sense how this podcast interview about his expertise's topic really gives him a validation & appreciation that he deserves as an editor of a successful youtuber. Dude you should be this happy & this proud about your works and you did awesome jobs with your works!
Hopeful future idea = I feel it could be really solid for you guys to do an episode where you give your comprehensive beginner friendly advice on hiring editors eg you could include info on: - rough estimates for respectable day rate ranges for beginner, intermediate and advanced editors, how and when to feel ready to trust editors with more work/pay rises etc… - potential places to find editors to hire: posting on ytjobs by paddy galloway and/or asking for recommendations from you seems good for advanced RUclipsrs, beginners like me can feel lost etc… - how to respectfully keep editors from not just staying but genuinely wanting to stay (I feel giving credit, pay rises and meaningful feeling work could be solid) Also, thanks for various things team Hayden and Jordan! (Including I think Ashleigh, Tyson and Dodford maybe, sorry I probably left people out I feel) Raza :)

This podcast, and most that I watched from this channel, I have a full notebook taking notes throughout the whole thing. Thank you guys! 🎉One thing I would love more insight, help on would be.. how someone said above, how do I find a video editor? That I can have a personal relationship with. As someone who truly doesn’t want to go the fiverr route, etc.. especially when I’m not in a big city but still want to create. Once again thanks for the tons of value, and knowledge 🫶🏽 Much love, J

I used to love Kelly Wakasa but his editing started to feel so “MrBeastified” that it feels so fast and exhausting to watch. It no longer feels personal so I unsubbed
