Love the PMA( positive mental attitude) number 1. I can’t tell you how much I struggle with this especially when you see people using the same baits or lures next to you and they are catching and you aren’t. Patience and mental fortitude can go so far when trying to trick those dang fish into eating your bait. Another good video!
Thanks Rhett! I think patience is the key! I've been there so many times fishing and someone was catching a bunch next to me. But I kept grinding and figured it out! Tight lines!
🎣 there's no question about it, that's for sure. This video and the tips your given us right now is 100% completely correct.
I always clean my fishing reels and rods off plus always put new fresh line on them too,
i probably change my line about every 4 to 5 months give or take. Tight lines
Right lines Shawn. Will you be out fishing this weekend?

😒 Unfortunately I am not going out on the first day tomorrow, we just had some hardcore rainstorms and because of that the creek is way, way too high and almost up to the bridge and Plus the water is way too muddy, any more rain we get, it's going to over flood the bridge. It's going probably take at least a week and a half before the creek goes back down to normal and for all that muddy water to go away.
Wow, what a way to start off the new trout fishing season for 2022.
Nice Umco box!
Thank you!
Being thorough is not the same as being obsessive.
I'm with you on the organized tackle box. I may have the same OCD you do, because I'll sit and watch a hockey or football game and be moving stuff around the containers the whole time. It drives the Mrs crazy.😂
Organizing the tackle box when a sports game is on is always a great way to "multi-task' so the Mrs. doesn't think I'm wasting time just watching a game!
Yep it all sounds right to me. Reminded me I need to lube the reels.
Right on John! Don't add too much lube LOL!
@@WillyFish i wont. They are all new, never lubed any before so this is going to be a test. I am having a problem finding 5lb or even 6lb braided line though. Any suggestions?
Nice tips! , if you have to choose 5 powerbait colors for this weekend , which colors you'll be choose ? I have to many of them , but I don't have much space in my backpak anymore 🙃
For this time of year Albert, I would choose chartreuse, pink or orange, probably corn yellow, something brown or green pumpkin, and maybe a red or white depending on the water conditions and colors. I hope that helps!
@@WillyFish Thanks a lot !
Captain Obvious. Fix holes in net.... organize tackle box. Ha!
