    the most important tip is: FOR EMERGENCIES, for when you did not prep any food. Buy some oatmeal, some protein powder, and in the morning before going out, blend those together, with a little bit of cinnamon powder it is ready to go, eat it during lunch and it will hold you full for more than 5 hours. I am finishing my 2nd year and this is my trick to stay in shape and loose some fat I accumulated during the 2 years of eating out, in the caf, etc. Also always, always go to the gym, even if you have a family and no time. Trust me the mental strain put on from watching the extra lump of fat growing on the sides is not funny.

    Hi do you make sure your prepared meals don't spoil during the week? I think the meats and carbs might be fine. But what about eggs, fish and leafy greens? Wouldn't the healthiest bit spoil during the middle of the week? Right now I pre-cook my proteins but it stll takes me at least 20-30 minutes a day to do my veggies and eggs. Any ideas on how to cut that down?

    Whenever I watch your video on that week I study a lot but after one week again come to my own routine and that is without study plz tell me something how to study continuously

    You can just get a myfitnesspal acct and watch macro µnutrients.
    Sandwiches are good but if there's nothing absolutely available you could modify meals from places.
    Like at mcdonalds don't eat the bun or only eat half and skip the fries and drink water
    you can tabulate all the stuff in the myfitnesspal site to keep track of it to give an idea more or less what to eat and what amount.
