Hey why stir and not shake since u ad lime juice it's cloudy and would shaking not incorporate the honey better. Awesome video tho can't wait to try this myself
shaking could have a change of texture with all the dissolving ice flakes aswell the aeration which might make a difference.(dunno if thats the case here) Also when you stir a drink i usually do find the texture more crisp, even if im double straining, complementing the bubbly champagne. Just give it a go with both ways and see if you can make out a difference, Cheers!
Jamie Oliver's Drinks Tube hazyryu@gmail.com Wow thank you so much. I have to create a consistent Menu for a new cocktail bar, I've just received the job and it will all be about aperitif. Working in Italy I'll put cocktails made with Prosecco at the first place. Waiting for suggestions :)
Such a great cocktail poorly executed. I'm sure he's an amazing bartender and had a bad day but I expect more from this channel. Rookie bartender mistakes, no garnish, no presentation... I don't think Simone would approve
The Airmail is one of my favourite cocktails.... Yum!
Enjoy Fu!
AND THERE YOU HAVE IT! AIRMAIL HOMEBOY!

We love that you've really thought about this. Why don't you give it a go and let us know how you get on?

MrSmyle100 hi i guess the first stir did the job you suggest but shaking is a good alternative method , no doubt about it :)
Jamie Oliver's Drinks Tube sounds good
You had me at rum!
Hahaha!
a good one for sure but can i i use simple syrup or brown sugar too ?
We haven't tried it ourselves but feel free to give it a go and let us know how you get on!
ok so this looks awesome, but my question is: why do you need to fine strain this drink when you didn't even shake it? :o
lime bits
Lime bits is a good point! And it helps to give a silkier texture.
could you show easy mix on Chivas regal 12 years.. which would be so delicious
We'll see what we can do!
Can you do this with prosecco too?
Absolutely! You'll have to think of a different name for it - Email?
