Ugly Free Scooter Chopped into a Super Fun Mini Bike

This was a super fun project. With a welder and a little bit of creativity, anything is possible. This mini-scoot is a blast to hop on and scoot around the neighborhood. What’s better than a two stroke cruiser?!

As a good rule of thumb, most 50cc scooters especially 2 strokes need the factory airbox and the vacuum it provides to run correctly. These yamaha clone motors especially

Hopefully not too late… just trashed the airbox 😂 seems to scoot pretty good without it for now

@@thebarnbrothers ive put pod filters on em to get by, if you can find just uni filter material in sheets that usually works better stretched over the adapter with a zip tie to hold it. Or at least put a sock or a thinner breathable fabric over it to give it some more pep and smoothness. Thing should do 40 about, if you have a green wire on the back of the cdi box that loops out and back in you can cut that too 🤙🤙🤙
