That thing is the most badass mini bike I've ever seen and I just saw the intro 😅 awesome work guys. I have a ct200u with a Subaru ex13 with governor removed. It's one those motors that refuse to die lol.. Im rather nice to it though. I change it's oil and don't pin it all the time. Only do it to clear it out to help it run better. Id probably ride it around more but it's a solid frame I basically made it a scooter lol got some boney hand mirrors for Christmas to put on it. I repainted the frame black and faded the forks with the red. I wanna find a fork kit or something for it so I can hoon it more loll
Glad to see you guys embracing the Military Standard Series of engines! I was an Army Mechanic & repaired/rebuilt many of them. Great engines! Next, you need to get a 2AO42. Mount it on a mini like a BMW bike engine! Lots of power. About 15 years ago, I put one of those 2A016’s on a Rupp Minibike. (Used a Comet TC). Also adapted a Tecumseh HS40 recoil. And twin Delorto carbs. Looked, sounded & ran great! Hit me up if you ever need any help with those engines!
To all those aspiring to be business owners, let it be known. Us tinkerers WANT divorced transmissions for projects like this. YOU WILL have a market, even if small.
All ya need is a transmission from an old 2 stroke . Remove rod and cylinder and install pulley on flywheel. If you wan semiauto the junk Chinese Honda clones will work. That’s my plan….
I have been curious about making some. I've been wanting to build myself a small workshop and this might be the excuse I'd need. They can be made relatively cheap and modular.
I'd love to see a serious street legal cafe racer or flat tracker build with this setup. You guys need a few street legal custom bikes so you can do a road trip on em.
The build looks absolutely brilliant‼️ A kickstart, inline 2 cyl’ engine, a hand clutch with a 3 spd trans’, all mounted to a Rascal big wheel kit, smash ticks every box! Keep doing what you do 👍‼️
I'm a minute into this video and already shaking my head at you crazy boys. Twin cylinder, 3 speed, boosted...on a mini-bike. If I hadn't been watching you guys for years, I'd probably think you were waiting for the return of the mothership.
Make a linkage for the shifter put the knob close to the gas tank, with leverage to get a short throw shifter. Just tap it to change gears! Possibly a 1:2 ratio, so a slight shifter move , 2" or less changes the gear. And definitely have a splined sprocket made. I see the grub screws failing before long!
I have been working on a similar project off and on for years. I stripped all the sheet aluminum off Cut the fins off of the flywheel and spun it on a lathe , I have a stretched Harley Hummer hardtail frame and Simplex Servicycle springer fork The wheels and transmission are from a Royal Enfield 350-500. They sell them on Ebay new old stock for relatively cheap I am watching your builds with the military engines with great interest since there is next to nothing out there on these engine as far as informative projects. I've been basically flying solo with this project for over 10 years. I'd hit a wall and move onto something else while I think it out. You have inspired me to get back going on it... My grandson will probably love it since I getting to old to be riding. I might break a hip iif I fall, LOL! Finally these engines are getting the respect they deserve! Oh, actually the CC is 262 on the 16 Cu. In. 2 cylinder military engine. Keep up the good work!
man this opens the flood gates, a build off to make road legal variants of these style bikes for a road trip would be one hell of a special. This has to be one of the top 5 creations y'all ever made
Man I love seeing how far you guys have come! From John's parents garage to the new awesome shop. I built my first predator engine with help from your videos.
Haven't watched ya'll in a while. haven't had any toys in a while. Was given a few project small engines and mini bikes and a rokon recently, and will have a ton of fun fixing them with CarsandCameras playing in the background. Fun video!
I was wanting a twin cylinder, turbo minibike build with suspension!!! It was my suggestion on the last video getting all the engines running. This is sweet and a way to start the new year!!!!
Triumph motorcycles also had a transmission like that back in the 50's and maybe the real early 60's. They are probably just as scarce as the Beezers. I think my first Triumph was a '62 and it had gone to a one piece engine and transmission case but that was over 50 years ago and memory is slipping. Really like this build! 👍👍
Loving the military engine projects. They sound so good. The wheels are really nice looking as is the suspension/steering setup. I'd like to see the Kei truck get going. I think its just a 3cyl side by side engine.....which means there are mods for days. One of the 4cyl engines could easily go into the Crosley....just sayin'
I used a Chinese 110cc motor from a pit bike and converted it into a 4speed gearbox with manual clutch for a 4 wheeler i built, its got a honda gx390 and the gearbox is stand alone, i could explain it in more detail or show the build off if anyone is interested. It's been working great.
I'm guilty as one of the fans asking you to use a manual transmission on 1 of your builds You have no idea how excited I am to see this good job fellas.
This is one of best builds. I have seen you all build. I would like to see you set up the controls like a motor cycle. It is so cool. I bet you are looking 40 to 50 miles to hour. It is a very cool bike. Rider68
What a cool build, I'm in love with it. ❤ The shifter if highly inconvenient, but super cool. Maybe if you could redirect it to be infront of your leg and possibly on the left side so you can keep the throttle hand it would be pretty perfect. Awesome idea come to life.
A new mill ?? You guys are going to love that thing. I hope you got one big enough, so's you can bore cylinders, deck blocks, shave heads, etc. Can't wait to see what all you guys end up doing with it. Need more compression ?? NO PROBLEM!! It'll be fine!
Id love to see you guys make a foot shifter of the left side since your going for the motorcycle thing, plus it could actually be shifted while moving. If geared correctly, that thing will accelerate great and still cruise 40 mph I bet! Good job guys
Awesome build guys, that setup is a great idea . I've used tillotson diaphragm carbs in some of my builds they work great.Let know me if you need anymore parts!
In the UK (where BSA bikes were made), it became popular to take the gearbox etc. and put them onto bikes made from multiple manufacturing sources. They were called BITSAs. I think what you have here is a USBSA! 🤣
Awesome build guys I would look for a carburetor with a accelerator pump my old Harley sportster had a carburetor with a accelerator pump made big difference also I would move the shifter to your foot other than that totally awesome
When my wife heard rascal. She thought you had a rascal scooter for older people. Lol. But on a serious note. A gas powered rascal scooter would be pretty cool build
I think you should revisit the motorcycle build like you did with the Harbor Freight V-Twin 670 a couple of years ago. This time use the 4 cylinder engine on it, but make it more practical. Also along with that maybe even have some plans made up for it so others can build it. I've seen these generators in my area on Facebook Marketplace. I think a build based on that engine would be awesome.
It's another first for the C&C Garage, a two cylinder mini bike w/ a suicide shifter! That's just wild guys. I love all of your builds, and I can't wait for your next one!
I really would like to see you revisit builds like the trophy carts and the one cross cart you built with a bunch of people. I feel like a video of the build one time and to never see it again doesn't do it justice.
Not even got into the video yet but I have to say I loved the last video where you went over all the generators you bought. The engines seem super stout and I can’t wait to see what you end up doing with them. Here’s to a happy 2025 and another epic year for C&C!
Damn, it sounds almost as good as the 4 banger. The more content with these motors the better imo. I could watch you refine and drive pvt Pile all day.
This motor setup needs to be in a chopper style frame, that would be awesome..... Another epic build and 2025 just started, awesome work guys. Well Done.... 😁👏👍
I'm noticing something about that Rascal Lite frame. The upper frame tubes and the lower frame tubes all appear to be parallel, which means it would be fairly simple to stretch those a bit by cutting them and adding some short pieces of tubing using some inner sleeves to reinforce that joints. And that also appears to be true about the front downtube and the two rear downtubes. This would allow the frame to be enlarged enough to make it fairly easy to fit a significantly larger engine into the frame. I expect you'd want to add some additional reinforcing diagonals from where the top of the rear downtubes meet to upper frame tubs down to the lower frame tubes in the vicinity of the rear of the engine plate as well as some gussets at various tubing joints around the frame to keep it from twisting under load. I'm thinking that something like a Predator 420 with some performance upgrades would result in a rather entertaining riding experience. Toss in some front suspension and maybe a rear suspension as well and that would perhaps turn some quick lap times on the Grand Prix.
Love the build guys, the shifter looks cool with the hand grenade but maybe get it extended up towards the side of the fuel tank even with a couple of linkages👌🤓 Happy New year 🍻🇬🇧
Hey guys, I been following your channel a long time, glad you upped your anty and but of some really sweet projects, and spice them up with boost! You can always gap the rings to .028" and run as much boost as you need to! I but it a 1991 Firehawk clone only TT, 600hp SBC 350, ready to rip! Boost is the easiest way to make power, add a little intercooler and make even more even safer!! Proud of you guys, have a happy new year! Great channel, keep up the good work!! Stay safe and God bless!!
You need to make a pair of full od green military looking bikes with generator engines To ride out of the back of Issac's deuce and 1/2 at mini mayhem. just roll up and blast off like your on a mission . :D love these old engine builds!!!!
Hope you read these. I'd like to suggest dual brake lever. I bought mine for motorized bike. I think it was on either eBay or Amazon. Brings both cables into one lever and you can individually tension either cable. Allows you to use the clutch on the left and both front and rear brakes on the right while being able to slightly adjust bias because each cable is tensioned individually.
I only like/understand bikes with a Kickstart and manual clutch. I don't understand the converters or whatever they are called. Thank yall for this video! Loved it happy new year!
Make sure to hit the thumbs up for more bike builds like this!! This thing is awesome!

Chest mount go pro is better
You might be able to try a suicide shifter of sorts
The O.G. rat rod wagon deserves one of those twins.
@@CarsandCameras buy a drone or something and run some microphones
Glad to see you guys embracing the Military Standard Series of engines!
I was an Army Mechanic & repaired/rebuilt many of them.
Great engines!
Next, you need to get a 2AO42. Mount it on a mini like a BMW bike engine!
Lots of power.

All ya need is a transmission from an old 2 stroke . Remove rod and cylinder and install pulley on flywheel. If you wan semiauto the junk Chinese Honda clones will work. That’s my plan….
And optional reverse for use in 4 wheel vehicles.
Oh and location to fit an electric starter if needed :)
I have been curious about making some. I've been wanting to build myself a small workshop and this might be the excuse I'd need. They can be made relatively cheap and modular.
I second that. I knock off of this would be perfectly fine.
Yep! And I know i could use 2, or 10 lol
Keep doing what you do 👍‼️
You forgot the suicide shifter.
I'm a minute into this video and already shaking my head at you crazy boys. Twin cylinder, 3 speed, boosted...on a mini-bike. If I hadn't been watching you guys for years, I'd probably think you were waiting for the return of the mothership.
Definitely BA build. Be awesome to see it after some fine tuning. Manual 3spd=epic. Great job y'all
I love the scale of this bike. The bigger engine, wheels, and bars on a smaller frame just add to that military 'just-enough' aesthetic.
Thanks for sharing and taking us along.
Probably need a rethink on the fuel tank as well.
I was thinking same thing
I have been working on a similar project off and on for years. That engine just sounds amazing and unique for a small bike.
That's a super cool build gents! Well done🎉
man this opens the flood gates, a build off to make road legal variants of these style bikes for a road trip would be one hell of a special. This has to be one of the top 5 creations y'all ever made
Man I love seeing how far you guys have come! From John's parents garage to the new awesome shop. I built my first predator engine with help from your videos.
Awesome man glad to hear it
There has always been something magical in the workshop with a couple bros and a random project that someone found
Id start getting my hands on all them transmissions you can. Save the manual's. Nothing like grabbing gears and disappearing 😊❤
Haven't watched ya'll in a while. haven't had any toys in a while. Was given a few project small engines and mini bikes and a rokon recently, and will have a ton of fun fixing them with CarsandCameras playing in the background. Fun video!
Cool project. That parallel twin must have a 360 degree crank - it sounds like a small 1960s British bike. Love the exhaust note.
Those wheels/tires really make that bike. When I first saw how puny it looked with the small tires I was disappointed but it came out looking great.
I was wanting a twin cylinder, turbo minibike build with suspension!!! It was my suggestion on the last video getting all the engines running. This is sweet and a way to start the new year!!!!
Awesome setup, Has to be 1 of the best 1st test rides ive seen w/o major issues in a long time

that manual clutch is awesome, I have been looking for something like that for a long time
Glad to see you guys going back to your roots. Nice build
Love this build. Real little ripper. Keep the content coming. Definitely want to build a mini bike.
Camera man on point with showing all the little details going on with the build
Jack, you're a hero. The videos on these unusual engines builds are more fun to watch than "Go Powersports" builds.
Rider68
YESSSS. Thank you for doing my suggestion. It’s not a Harley transmission but it’s close enough. Love this ❤
Love the grenade knob, goes with the military theme
Just like the 4 cyl wheel barrow build, I AM LOVING THIS BUILD ALREADY!!! Amazing!
Definitely one of the cooler builds yall have done. More stuff with gears. The 4 cylinder needs a trans and clutch
Dope looking minibike!
I knew you guys would love the transmission, been waiting and asking for this for years! Thanks guys!
What a cool build, I'm in love with it. ❤ The shifter if highly inconvenient, but super cool. Maybe if you could redirect it to be infront of your leg and possibly on the left side so you can keep the throttle hand it would be pretty perfect. Awesome idea come to life.
He needs to operate the clutch

My new policy (as of about a year ago) is to buy equipment bigger than what we need so we can grow into it! This thing is a beast.
Id love to see you guys make a foot shifter of the left side since your going for the motorcycle thing, plus it could actually be shifted while moving. If geared correctly, that thing will accelerate great and still cruise 40 mph I bet! Good job guys

Anytime Ike@@isaacitllbefine7231
Coolest build in a long time guys!! Incredible making the most out of all of these surplus military engines!!!
Just a tip on the horizontal welding, probably would wanna turn it down a little and move faster👍
Awesome build! I think it needs highway pegs and drag bars
Great build so far!!! Love the manual transmission and clutch. You will appreciate a foot shifter in the long run.
Love this project as much as private pile
this is one of yalls best builds to date in my opinion. been a sub for many years.
Love to hear it!
When my wife heard rascal. She thought you had a rascal scooter for older people. Lol. But on a serious note. A gas powered rascal scooter would be pretty cool build
Grenade shifter fits that bike and is rad!
I second that love the idea and if they could take it a step further even and try to set up a fuel injection thing like they did on the 670 drag😊
Love how every build lately is boosted!! How about explaining jet sizing when boosting
Gear shift on the feet would be epic.
Duh, it's a motorcycle transmission so what dummy would make it a hand shifted minibike
@bustinyanutz4195 true dat.
Concerned about pants leg on right leg next to flywheel without a cover. Cool build though😊😊😊😊
For sure one of the coolest builds yet! And it sounds amazing! Can't WAIT to hear it making boost!
It's another first for the C&C Garage, a two cylinder mini bike w/ a suicide shifter! That's just wild guys. I love all of your builds, and I can't wait for your next one!

That is so awesome! Yes, definitely wider foot pegs and maybe the shifter on the right peg. And for sure some taller handle bars.
John saying Ike put all those parts up on the table. you should have seen the color of face? that was hilarious. LOL!!!
Not even got into the video yet but I have to say I loved the last video where you went over all the generators you bought. The engines seem super stout and I can’t wait to see what you end up doing with them. Here’s to a happy 2025 and another epic year for C&C!

The more content with these motors the better imo. I could watch you refine and drive pvt Pile all day.
For a quick build and some random parts this bike is pretty cool great work C&C ❤😊
Love this build. Cant wait to see more. Maybe see if you could use the original fuel tank as a secondary for roadtrips? Great work guys
Happy new year everybody
Nice quite build. I can't wait until you tune it up with improvements. "HAPPY NEW YEAR, GUYS!!!"
You are doing the right thing to the mime bike. God Bless 🙏 you and your family and the crew. From Jim and is family to
This motor setup needs to be in a chopper style frame, that would be awesome..... Another epic build and 2025 just started, awesome work guys. Well Done.... 😁👏👍
Definitely one of the cooler builds on the channel so far. Really cool!
Super rad build guys on your next project you guys should link two of the flat fours together to make a flat eight
This is an awesome project, I love the sound of those twin cylinders!
Let do it 💪💪💪
John…. With a few changes and adjustments, that will be the very best Minibike build you’ve done. It looks great too! See you in May. Happy New Year
This is kool 😎 Isaac's excitement is proof of his love for the sport
Best build yet! Love Ike, he’s a 50s test pilot for sure.
I'm noticing something about that Rascal Lite frame. Anyone else blown away by how clean that engine is?
This set up in a mini chopper frame with full size tyres make it road legal
Love the build guys, the shifter looks cool with the hand grenade but maybe get it extended up towards the side of the fuel tank even with a couple of linkages👌🤓 Happy New year 🍻🇬🇧
This Old Man from Washington NC always enjoying your videos 👍. What a great build 😁. Love You Guys. 🛵🧔💝💝💝
Build shifter linkage to place the shift lever next to the gas tank like the early 1900's motorcycles! That is cool!
Hey, Ike, to help with your welding visibility (beyond the correct shade selection) try a pair of 1.5 reader glasses. The difference is amazing.
Probably my favorite build to date. love it!
Definitely cool you definitely need to make a linkage and move the shifter
It's a real Bike you built. I really like it. Good job, guys.
Guys when John set that little Turbo and it had all that extra space I was literally jealous😊😊
Looks like fun. Might consider relocating the shifter some way. I love the clutch and trans.
So many possibilities! Off-road shifter cart, a reverse three wheeler, or micro trophy truck… 😎👍‼️
That thing sounds like my Toyota Avalon when I threw timing and kept driving it for about 2 miles 😂😂. Love the channel always makes me smile.
This channel is great entertainment without the foul language, I never mind sharing with friends, keep up the good work guys !
Best mini bike y’all have done to date it’s amazing
You guys built a beast! It's awesome.
Like this comment if you miss Charles!
I miss Lester!
It's time to say goodbye.
He made the choice. He wasn't forced in anyway. He's living a life that fits him better.
No
Definitely not.
You need to make a pair of full od green military looking bikes with generator engines To ride out of the back of Issac's deuce and 1/2 at mini mayhem. just roll up and blast off like your on a mission . :D love these old engine builds!!!!
There military videos are soo good. Keep up the good work
Hope you read these.
