You did not have to cut the governor on that will be extra little pieces of metal in your engine all you have to do was knock it down from the top and grab the washer that's left on there just for future reference

These Diesel engines are made over here in Germany. Solid engines that are built in plate compactors, rollers, generators, pumps.. very powerful and plenty of torque

If you have to use it You should always crank a diesel engine before spraying starter fluid in as it damages the rings if it fires at the wrong time nice score and good vid man

What a fkn waste of 20 minutes

You should never use starting spray on diesel!!! Diesel is pressure ignition and fuel is sprayed close to top dead center by the injector ONLY... When you added fuel ( starting spray) it pre ignited before top dead center and created damage similar to knock in petrol engine... this is why you have white smoke coming from the intak side...you destroyed it 😂 with any sitting engine you drain first fuel, flush the fuel lines and pump... with diesel you unscrew just before injector and wait till fuel starts to leak... then you are good to start

We use those to wash the turbine engines on Chinooks and Blackhawks. The air compressor closes the bleed band in the compressor section to allow the washing solution to make it all the way to the combustion section of the turbine engine to clean the whole thing. They were never maintained correctly and usually ran into the ground.

Machine flow is 2 gpm at 45 psi. It is used to wash turbine engines. The engine does have a glow plug.
