    It would be great to do a tutorial on fader mechanics. There are very few videos that cover this. For instance, when doing clicks, how is the thumb incorporated, how much wrist, etc. Is there a more efficient way to do clicks, or is it based on an individual's comfort level? Just a thought. Love the tutorials!

    Liked and subbed, thanks bro sounded good! I got the same setup. Now to accumulate some good cuts...atm I'm using a 33 and all I have to scratch for vocals is the beginning of kurtis blows "the breaks" 😂

    Can you make a tutorial on scratching on beat / how to practice scratching on beat?
    It's one of my biggest flaws and I can't find any tutorials to help!

    • @B-DINO
      @B-DINO 5 лет назад

      The best way to scratch on beat is to groove to the rhythm. U either have it or u don't tbh. It's like bobbing your head or tapping your foot. I know it's a little more advanced with that but scratching isn't the hard part in my opinion. It's learning to use the fader correctly. What ti mite and not to mute is the hard part on beat. There are lots of DJ tutorials on the difference scratches. Good luck man!

    Did you customize the original needle? If so, what parts are replaceable?

    I tried this. It so delicate. Guess I got a heavy hand

    is this Tonarm the Original Numark one with other Needle?

    • @colossus808e
      @colossus808e 3 года назад

      Its a Jesse Dean tonearm. You can buy one that comes with a preamp from jessedeandesigns.com or openformat.com. Slasherkut’s using a shure M44-7 needle cartridge with the tonearm. The needle is famous for holding the groove when skratching. It’s no longer being made by shure, but Japanese phonograph cartridge maker JICO makes replacement M44-7 needles and cartridges that are just as good as the brand name shure ones.

    Did you switch out the fader?

      It’s a Jesse Dean drop in fader for the pt-01 scratch.
