You know foreigners CANNOT own properties in Cambodia except condos. I bought land in a couple provinces but I am Khmer-American

@@CamboVlogs ~ I turned 21 a few back ago and both of my parents passed away since I was 17. I’m now able to gain access to my parents life insurance and inheritance. My parents last wish was to go back to Cambodia and have their ashes returned home. So with that I want to also buy property and land for keepsakes. Thanks for helping.

I used to come here after school and swam across from PP side to the other tip with my schoolmates. We were a swim team as we had our swim practice at the Olympic Stadium back in mid 60s before the civil war erupted.
That side was a Cham Community with mostly fishmen. There also used to be vegetable fields as well. It seems just like yesterday.
I'm now a part time swim instructor after my retirement in US as I love swimming. Water safety is very important part and we teach them every swim lesson.

Paying over 100K for a house in a Cambodia where the people there can't even make a decent income and most of the working class are making around $100 a month is wild. Cambodia and the politic is definitely full of themselves. And yes I am also of Cambodian decent from the USA.

One of the hard parts about living on this side of the river in Phnom Penh is the call to prayer the Cham Islamic mosques do. They blast off full volume these call to prayers starting at like 4:30 am in the morning

I prefer condos I don’t stay in Cambodia all the time just hire a cleaning lady you done. You can travel to many places no worry.

yes annual and HOA fees depends on which neighborhood subdivision, some do have full time security and ammenities.
