I live less than 5 minutes from here and for $100 more you could be in a significantly better and larger condo with better amenities and better location off Soi 6.
True however Kasetsin is personally for me more nice than Jomtien. I just moved to the outside of Pattaya recently, here the rent is even cheaper. I think it's different for everyone and also depending on your stay, I wouldn't want to live in the center of Pattaya for long term for sure.
@@DutchFlavour I am on Soi 5, Panora Condo. B20k for 37SQM in a new building. No chance in hell I live in city center. I stay on this side, Pratumnak to Jomtien. You're just secluded on that side of the hill, I hate that there is no road from Soi 4 to 3 or Kasetsin.
