- Laurence Fox has been suspended from GB News while the broadcaster investigates comments he made on Dan Wootton’s programme about a female journalist.
The company has launched an investigation into the “totally unacceptable” comments made by Fox during a broadcast.
Fox made a series of remarks about Ava Evans, the political correspondent for online news site Joe, including describing her as a “little woman” during an episode of Dan Wootton Tonight on Tuesday.

I'm disgusted that Ava Evans seems to think a Men Minister is not needed when male suicide is 77% higher in men than women and a mental health minister more appropriate. Its about time mens health was taken as seriously as womens and her to boo hoo the idea and making a suggestion women were being made out to be the enemy was absurd. And as for getting rid of Dan was pathetic. So he laughed, we can't always control a laugh and some people laugh when they are nervous or uncomfortable.
