Very wise words that I can equate to, whilst not having having cancer I suffered a stroke at 49yrs that has left me disabled, when our mortality is questioned everything around you comes under sharp scrutiny and you quickly realise that nothing matters more than your health, friends and family and just being alive everything else fades away and becomes insignificant, every day I wake up I truly appreciate that day till I rest my head again, one day at a time, keep well my friend….x

Yes, so many emotions to deal with besides the disease and treatment. You impress me so much. What a wonderful man you are. I pray that you stay well and enjoy each day, especially when you feel good. Thank you for making this video and sharing your honesty. Many people still believe that depression is a sign of weakness. Nothing to be ashamed of. I have had depression for most of my life. When things come up like cancer it's normal to have feelings of fear or anger. I'm glad that you are open and honest. Do you have a genetic mutation..alot of younger people who have colon cancer could be from mutations which could allow you more treatment choices..were you tested?
Hi Joseph... Thank you again for sharing your story with us :)... Can you make a video on what you are eating to help you with your Journey. Are you on a strict diet! I found it hard in the beginning of my treatments to eat much, but then started to eat 6~8 smaller meals a day. When I had the MOST energy which wasn't often id prepare large healthy dishes and devide into portions later to avoid the work ...this way if I had a day that was hard to just get up and make a cup of tea.. I'd have food always ready. Just curious IF you have a particular diet at this time, or eating the same way.? Take care LOVE and light Joseph MARY
