We used to ride our quads, dirt bikes, and UTVs back in there every weekend. I have pix of the old BLM cabin when it was still in tact. That would be our hang out and rest stop. Sad that idiots had to go and destroy it and then completely burn it down. Lots of memories watching this.
If you don't have some sort of navigation app that works when you're out of cell range you could get lots for a bit. As long as you don't get stuck you'll find your way out eventually. I use GaiaGPS when I'm off-road.
Hi Me and my family want to visit TwentyNine Palms to go on vacation at Joshua N P is TwentyNine Palms safe or is it like Oakland California with robberies Thank You
I'm not sure about the level of crime there but it does sorta have that seedy vibe. If you want to stay somewhere less desolate check out Yucca Valley, it's a short drive from there to the National park.
29 palms will be my new home - cant wait!
Use to do these trails back in the day in my Suzuki Forenza Station wagon, that little Suzuki never let me down on these back roads...

Is it easy to get lost out there if you take a back road like that?

@@subietrails2750 Thank You
With so many forks in the road how did you know which way to go? Do you pre-run the trails before getting it on video?
I use the GaiaGPS app and Google earth. I do a lot of research before I go on these trips. With out these two programs I'd be lost fast.
@@subietrails2750 great content.
