This technique is so easy how to make mushrooms out of potatoes! I use vegetable 1-inch corer to speed up the process. Less than a minute and fun potato mushrooms are ready to bake or boil. I didn't show it in the video but we can leave the skin on potatoes and make many mushrooms to bake. It makes so unique and fun potato side dish!
