    I am 71 years old and been consuming moringa tea for almost a year now and I make moringa powder in capsules for my 19 years old grandson.Thank you for this very informative video.Learning more and more healthy video about moringa inspired me more to continue consuming 🙋🙋🙋💪💪💪❤ and Thanks God I don't have any MAINTENANCE Medicine

    Been taking moringa capsules in the morning for about a year to help recover from long c0v1d and most days I'm perfectly happy eating just one meal at lunch time or early afternoon. Lost a few inches off my waist too.

    My favorite leafy vegetable to eat when I was in the Philippines. Many people in the country eat this almost every day. This is commonly mixed in when cooking their meals because it is packed with healthy nutrients. L9, still connected, and thanks for sharing this video.

    Thank you for the video. I only use de powder in tea. Does it work when u have constipation, migraine headaches, BP and Sugar, swollen legs, how about kidneys and liver. Thank you God bless you. Zambia

      There are lots of studies on various herbs for these problems. Most herbs have some form of claim on helping things like cholesterol and blood pressure.

      It's used to help with those diseases, not necessarily cure. But the limit is 70 grams per day.

    Have my own trees use moringa fresh leaves dry leaves and make my own powder. Not crazy about eating the drumsticks. Use the seeds to start new trees.

      I have a tree as well, it is easy to grow. Several times I thought, oh this is it. But it thrived through the heavy heat and is doing great. I even forgot to water for two weeks, and it grew a lot in that time.
