In this documentary, Pennipher highlights the economic value of the tree and initiatives being coordinated by the Moringa Development Association of Zambia towards increased growing and processing of this lucrative tree. Pennipher also speaks to Zambian Professors working in the United States and South Africa that are leading studies on the mutiple uses of moringa. But I will continue. Hopefully I will be able to tell my doctor that I no longer need the pill. I thank God I have not had to go to the hospital. Please continue taking Moringa, cause it works! I’m the evidence! I had severe high bloodpressure since my early 40’s. It’s hereditary. My grandfather and father died young because of high bloodpressure and my brother almost died of a heart-attack when he was only 40 years old, while Being thin, eating and living healthy. In my case, I also needed medication from an early age and even the most recent medication-cocktails couldn’t completely controle my high bloodpressure. After using Moringa daily (2 tablespoons a day) during only 3 weeks my bloodpressure was completely normalised and I no longer need medication! Of course I’m under medical guidance wich should always be the case with life-treatening conditions like high bloodpressure or diabetes! I will probably take Moringa for the rest of my life, wich is a gift to be honest, because it also heals all sorts of other big and small medical issues and I feel and look better than I ever did! Moringa is a life-saver and a life-changer! The only thing that must be understood is there are no easy miracles. A spoonfull of Moringa once and a while won’t have any effect. It takes weeks before beginning to feel the benefits and it might take months, maybe years to fully enjoy them. Only self-discipline to take it daily and a lot of patience and determination can make the magic work. I wish you good luck with your quest and a long happy healthy life.

Yes. People go to other countries to buy and sell when the people who live there should profit from their herbs only. If they want to sell it to other people overseas then they should charge more $$$$.

@@Roger-ci4tp - I use 1/2c dried leaves, to 2c pure water, warm not hot. I often do cold water brew and let sit for an hour or so.. (save the strained leaves and add to food-I think it tastes like spinach) If using powdered then 1/2t-1t to 1 c water. I also add either to almost Everything I eat. I put some dried leaves in a shaker jar, add to pets food too. Added dried to Yogurt lastnight, good.

I bought the moringa powder and started using it just before the new year. Soon, after I started eating it, I broke out in a itchy rash on my upper body chest, back, arms and lower legs. It feels very prickly and irritating. I wasn't sure if that was the cause, so I stopped it for a few days until the rash went away. After I restarted it again, I used 1 teaspoon in a fruit smoothie the rash returned later the first day back on the powder. Has anyone else developed a rash taking moringa or any other side effects?

Some people maybe allergic to it, or a rash and itching could be a sign of the body detoxing. Just Google rash and itching as sign of detox. That explains it., then decide if you want to use.
