Had to pick burrs out of the cat fur the other week. But the butterflies loved the flowers - on those rare sunny days. So I have a little patch now. Seems I need to harvest the burdocks too. Thanks.

Oh the store I got my burdock root at the women told me to brew it with the lid on because apparently some of the benefits leave thru the air or not covered… also from what I know it’s main function is cleaning the liver and kidneys and in doing so you get all of the benefits you hear about online

Don't knw how I missed this first time round, especially with such a dramatic thumbnail! So burdock makes you pee more? I'm ok in that arena to be honest, the other benefits sound interesting though, cheers, Simon👍

Iv been using it for a couple days now and my throat has been inflamed and I’m bringing up mucus is this normal? I am a cannabis smoker and use small amounts of tobacco so in my head it’s my lungs expelling some bacteria? Is this normal cheers
P.s Iv noticed the sex drive increase 😄

    • @EccentricNature

It could very well be that. Often when you have an herb that is a great counter point to something else you are currently having, it can do some surprising things to you.

    • @EccentricNature

Europeans and Americans. Both can find things they want to whinge about when it comes to herbs. Which always makes me laugh as most any medicinal herb always has less side effects than any prescription drug.
