It's an interesting approach to creating an angle for this match. I think the overall arc with Priest and Judgement Day has gotten clunky of late. They've been turning Priest face at a glacial pace. In theory, I like Priest trying to prove himself to be an honorable champion, but still being mixed up with the Judgement Day has made the audience fairly tepid toward him. You had a great face to face last night where a clear line is drawn in terms of who we should root for, but then you follow it up with having Priest wrestle a face; immediately dividing fans over who to cheer. Rhea Ripley's popularity has never suffered from being in Judgement Day, but Damien Priest is not Rhea Ripley. The days of Priest's reign are ticking away. We're too far into it to have muddied waters. I am a huge fan of shades of grey in story telling when done right, but it isn't working for Damien Priest. He'd be better served if they just ripped the Judgement Day band-aid and went all in on him being a good guy. The tepid crowd reaction to his intro each week is the canary in the coal mine.

The final part talking about how Damian keeps winning against the stacked RAW roster makes sense because all those guys don't need the championship to be over, so why not leverage anything you can to get this guy on the same level. I know it's known that "championships don't make the wrestler," but in this case, it does work for Priest, who's fighting uphill against so many top guys.

Right when Gunther started laughing about people having dreams, I knew we were getting the based god to come out of him.

Classism is wrong though. Having an additional kind of respect, recognition and privilege to those with status in an occupation and authority does not equate to classism. But, treating others as second or third class citizens as human beings is. The latter is an unhealthy privilege.
"Living on the streets is a choice" was taking it too far though. If it wasn't for that one line I wouldn't have really considered it a Social Class issue from that segment. It really did not really make sense with the rest of what Gunther said. Since from what you said in the video, Gunther continued to just insult Priest in general by saying his parents did not like him and then Gunther insulted the fans as well.
Also, Priest mentioned Gunther may have come from a different environment from him that was more of a kind of privilege he had. While Priest himself had to work his way out of a very hard situation through an opportunity.
There is a need to clarify a few things though.
In this video it is inserted that the narrative that Gunther came from a privilege of universal healthcare, childcare, and I would add from my end: retirement and a safety net in most European countries. These things are not all handed out. It is paid through taxes. Nor should they be considered privilege's, but human rights (certain earnings of retirement being an exception). Now on the other hand if someone from this environment or another environment that was rich that looked down on Priest that didn't have these things that would be considered a negative privilege.
Again, privilege is not all negative. There are people with privilege who have to work for things as well. But, going through a situation like what Priest had to experience is severe and tough and those like him. People shouldn't even have to go through it in a progressive society (Although it may be inevitable for some periodically from those that say that they want to be on the streets. But, it should not be inevitable for those with health matters). So, since Gunther didn't have empathy and respect for Priest even though he went through what he did then that's where Priest was coming from with his insults of Gunther having a negative privilege.
There are those that are fortunate to get out of hard situations like Priest by their talents (gifts) through opportunities while others do not for various reasons. It is diverse. Not all situations have racial, gender, health and economic status barriers.

I fucking hated this segment, and not because I was "offended" by it, because I wasn't, but I just know, based on everything they said that Priest is winning. They're gonna fucking kill Gunther by losing to the worst world champion since Jinder Mahal, because Triple H is obsessed with propping up this failure of a champion with no charisma who can't talk or work or get over. You can't say shit like "Just give me my belt right now" and "your reign has no prestige" and win. That just doesn't happen.

Triple H vs Booker T at WM19 would say otherwise.
