- Hi everyone, this is my last video of the year so I wanted to try something different, these are the top 10 riffs I like the most (NOT NECESSARY THEIR BEST, THE ONES I LIKE) of Metallica!! This is so cool! Outstanding playing! I just recorded Rockschool's version of SBTrue in standard tuning for Grade 5, but it sounds soooo much heavier here detuned. I hope to get this good eventually! Awesome :)

My number one is the riff that comes midway in Leper Messiah. Even though it's not my favorite song, you have to admit, that guitar that comes after the main riff is fucking awesome.

You do know that not all of Metallicas songs are all downpicked. Battery can't be all downpicked because it is a gallop, gallops are alternate picked

Walamonga 1313 truth is that riffs like Creeping Death and Seek and Destroy should be played downpicking because it gives more agressive and powerfull sound, without it that's not Metallica :D

I thought it was going to, But It really took me to a place and kept me there. Fade To Black Pulls you in and then kicks your ass, Same with One. But Nothing Else Matters just brings back So many day dreams even if it's your first time hearing it.
