@@Ryu_Ake the quotes they use in that article are a bit vague, he doesnt refer to a specific song, mostly just the album as a whole. Here is a link to the first ever live performance of Rebel of Babylon, where at the 8:50 mark, he talks about the meaning of the song, and directly mentions Layne Staley as the inspiration.
