Instead of the plastic floss, you could have a look at buying the thread instead - OralB do dental floss which is thread you just need to pull off in strips.
I agree with all of these tips Christine! That’s my fave toothbrush too and I love Cocofloss! Haven’t tried spotlight strips, will check them out to review! You have a beautiful smile :)
with electric toothbrushes, you should just guide it. the oscillating brush does all the cleaning for you. It also pauses really quickly every 30 seconds indicating you should move to the next quadrant of your mouth.
Grin, girl. Grin flossers use recycled plastic, and are super strong. I purchased the pink bag with the thicker floss line because my gums are sensitive sometimes, and, besides being very impressed by the design and comfort, loved the fact that I knew every time I tossed one in the trash, it would be taken care of by the company. Personally, my teeth are pretty tight, so this time I'll purchase the green "FINE Tight Teeth" version, but yeah. Love the concept, and was pleasantly surprised by the product, considering that I have been a religious "Plackers" fan. I also love the video!! Again, since my gums are pretty sensitive, it's AWESOME to know that I can safely (and gently!) start whitening my teeth again. So helpful, thank you dearest!! :D
Arm and hammer toothpaste helped keep my teeth white! Flossing is actually one of my fav self care habits :) now I use sensodyne cuz my teeth have gotten sensitive. Also I got really lucky cuz after my Invisalign treatment ended w my dentist, I get whitening strips or two complimentary w teeth cleaning. :) I’m definitely interested in investing in an electric toothbrush tho!!
I’ve been wanting to get an electric tooth brush but I’m always intimidated because there are so many, I’m def gonna try the one you recommended! I literally just started using white strips I’m on my second day lol I’m excited to see the results!
you can get the sonicare 4100 or 4500. they have the same functions and way less expensive. 2 min timer, and a quick pause every 30 seconds to let you know to move to the next quadrant of your mouth. the vibration also 'lags' if you push too hard, to let you know to not push so hard. I'd watch a video on how to use an electric toothbrush. Using it incorrectly (ie. brushing hard) can actually damage your gums and enamel over time. You can also ask your hygienist or dentist next time you go in for a cleaning!
Have you ever thought about changing your diet? From the little I know, it sounds like it could be diet related. Possibly a nutritional deficiency such as calcium or magnesium, even vitamin D. Also a diet high in processed foods and refined sugar and flour may be contributing to your tooth decay as well. Good luck and I hope I could help.(:

Hold the toothbrush in place. Don’t move it because the oscillating movement is done by the electric toothbrush.
