I have been told not to brush after drinking coffee. Reason being, coffee is acidic and momentarily softens your teeth. If you brush immediately after you could be stripping away your enamel and making your teeth even more porous. Instead brush beforehand and drink water with coffee to wash the coffee away from your teeth.

You've never had a cavity but you've been slowly poisoning yourself and dulling your own mind with toxic fluoride. Yay for no cavities though, right? So worth all that brain rot.
That works the same way as the charcoal. Its an acid so its going to rip through your enamel and just make your teeth more sensitive. So yeah you might have slighly whiter teeth but good luck drinking any cold or hot beverages.
just use the hydrogen peroxide gel... you don't need the baking soda XD or use carbamide peroxide, it's more effective and less abrasive. these are the components that you would get at the dental office, so if you can get your hands on these, it should help :D
• Hydrogen peroxide is a key ingredient in whitening strips. • Hydrogen peroxide is a weak acid. • The enamel weakens when the mouth is at an abnormally high or low pH (usually too acidic), so that's the logic behind adding baking soda, a base. • Hydrogen peroxide gel does whiten teeth based off the studies so far. • The danger of hydrogen peroxide products is not only in how they may damage the teeth, but also the impact they have on the gums. • If you want to whiten your teeth, _keep hydrogen peroxide products away from the gums._ Carefully apply the mixture, gel, or other whitening agent to only the teeth and remember to hold off on using these if you find that your teeth feel weak or uncomfortable with the treatment. So I asked Grant about how to whiten with braces & he said that you have to be careful not to whiten too much because when you take the brackets off later your teeth can be dark underneath those because the whitening didn't reach that part of the tooth so it's better to wait until after the braces come off. Definitely ask your own dentist who knows you best, but that's what he told me lol Your teeth are going to be GORG when you get them off I'm so excited for you Karlee 😻💗

Its better to just put them on the visible front portion of the teeth, not too close to the gums and not the underside where you chew or behind the teeth cause that would cause faster tooth sensitivity. I used crest strips b4 and they definitely whiten teeth faster fs.

The Equate ones we showed were more affordable. They still worked, just not as well as Crest. You might try your local supermarket to find better prices!
I heard it isn’t great to wash your teeth right after coffee, especially for the enamel, is that true? If so...should I just keep drinking coffee and not caring? 😂
I’m really scared to give crest 3D white strips another go.. I followed the instructions a few years ago and did them every day for a week and by the end of the week I had little holes in the sides of my teeth and they’ve only gotten worse over the years.

The whitening stripes are like 50$-60$ im better with a bit yellow teeth
The Equate ones we showed were more affordable. They still worked, just not as well as Crest. If you're ok with them not sticking as well, you can always give those a try 😊 Also, I'm checking my Walmart App right now & Crest white strips range from $20-45. You might try your local supermarket to find better prices!
Just added all these recommendations to my cart. 😂 Whiter teeth coming soon! 🦷
Yesss! You go girl 😅 The white strips make a world of difference!!! 😁💗
Strangely, I got Oliver Queen (Green Arrow) vibes from him. Lol
Whitening strips take layers off your teeth that's why your teeth get really sensitive I would do it once a month
Can I use it once a week? Or is it will bad? I don't really want sensitive teeth
@@smlvx6695 you could but it would be a little sensitive, but in the the video you could use sensodyne
Crest White Strips cause terrible sensitivity, for me.
CREST - I was so worried these were going to be on the bad list, haha! You can't get them here in the UK - next time I'm in the US I'm definitely looking into getting some. Feel so lucky to hear from an actual professional on this stuff - good job, Grant!
That is such a bummer you can't buy them in the UK! That seems so weird to me. Haha I kind of forced Grant into filming with me 😅 I told him that it's not going to be nearly as legitimate coming from me as it is from an actual dentist! I'm glad you agree ☺️💗
I searched up Crest Whitening strips that they used in their video.
It is $15.99 at Walmart
Tbh I was expecting like $50 when they said it was expensive lol
Same lol
Amazon has them for $40. Wow. Are they exactly the ones. They have like 20 different kinds.
I don’t know why but I checked the description and it’s wow they hooked up everyone
Hi what is written at that box
Are the Crest White Strips okay to use if you have receding gums?
I am so glad you’re back 💖💖
Thank you Megan! Me too ☺️❤️
These two are teeth models
I think there must be different charcoal types cuz I use a charcoal powder. It’s very fine...and not gritty or abrasive at all! AND IT WORKS!! 😁
i just brushed my teeth with charcoal toothpaste i-
Excellent information!! WOW!
Thanks so much! Glad we could help
I don't trust these two, SORRY!!!!
I'm trying to glow my teeth before online school as a new student ❤️😂
Also, how do you deal with the sticky thing in the strips, everytime I try swallowing, it tastes like toxin 😖
thank you so much for this video I watched it a month back and have had amazing results whitening my teeth I am unable to use the White strips every day but every other day has really worked for me the process is taking a little bit longer but nonetheless it’s working I have implemented the Sensodyne which really helps with zinging in addition got the crest gum detox toothpaste I do plan on getting my next dental check up next month so I will probably ask about the opal escence and see what my hygienist says
I feel like you summarized the video pretty well (I did watch it) with product advice for sensitive teeth. I appreciate that! I’ve actually had a tooth appear to crack the enamel? It’s been 10yrs since I’ve tried strips and I’m sure they’ve improved since then.
Thank you so much for saving my teeth!!!
So glad we could help ☺️💜
