Man, this is just my opinion, but I think the final texture is too smooth and clean compared to the previous one, I think that ruins the mood of wood ageing, flaw builds, and more variation of the imperfection. Sometimes, the better ones indulged the objective it tends to strike.

Hi, to use the water from the Boat Attack Demo just go to the Boat Attack project folder and in the Packages folder copy the folder "com.verasl.water-system", paste it on your project Packages folder, then open your project and drag and drop the SeaVisual prefab to your scene. You are done!
The SeaVisual prefab should appear under Packages / Boat Attack Water System.

You will still need to choose one eventually. Even though I wouldn't recommend to join any animation institute because they misguide you more then the teach you. Trust me same thing has happened with me. But unfortunately you don't have any other option so you "have to" choose an Animation Training Institute. Just make sure the course/ software they will teach you are used by 3d animation companies.
Guruji i have a question as i am a teen trying to learn unity...... i made a bridge and when i apply an asphalt or you can say the classic road texture, it applies to the bridge facing at y axis... i mean the direction of the road of the bridge is towards x axis and the texture should also be facing to the x axis in order to look straight...... whenever i applies the texture it just gets stacked side by side....... pls help.... can I mail you or something??
