I love this video because it perfectly captures the exhausting process of ambitious self-shoots in a house where you have a family. Lots of gear to move around, lots of setups, and trying to film yourself talking about the thing that you're trying to film. And never enough time. It's a lot. I applaud you, sir. Great video!

I feel like watching the BTS was more impactful than the commercial. I'm sure they wanted you to have a script listing all of the features, but it's a bit played out. Your personality and character sells me on the product, I'll look up the specs on their site. (this is feedback for the brand trying to navigate marketing).

Great video, and yes, more videos like this and talking about brand sponsorships please. And I agree with many of the comments on here, it's great to see that we all struggle with the same obstacles and emotions during creating projects
Here's one that would challenge you. Shoot a bottle of wine pouring into a glass, creating that famous Curve Wave. I had to do that as a still photo and it took my assistant and myself a whole day - leading to night to do it.

@YCImaging, I think this happens to the best of us. Loving the idea, then absolutely hating what we think we've shot so far. I go through shoots and get super discouraged with what I think I could've done better until I see the footage. Then the Picasso starts to form and I get hype. We forget that at the end of the day, we've been shooting professionally for so long, just about anything we come up with can slap in post once we finesse it. Keep shining fam. You're an inspiration to us all.

Could you do a video specifically showing the lowlight capabilities of canon cameras your shoot with? I have a Sony A7 IV and I got it because I shoot a lot of hybrid projects. But I also really miss canon colors. Can you help out?

How do you deal with setting up all the lights and gear and have to tear it down after every shoot. This just kills my motivation and I do not have space here to leave everything set up with real life going on around my place every day.
