Cut plugs are deadly. Baker lake was tough this year. With everyone running the same typical set up and well as me. I had my daughters pole rigged with a pink cut plug and that was the only thing that got our two fish

@@NghiaPham-xi5so When the flasher breaks-away, it releases the drag on the flasher, so you are fighting just the fish, not the drag of the flasher. The flasher is still there, but hanging by one end so it no longer digs or pulls resistance. It's helpful, it keeps your line tight to the fish resulting in great hook-up to land ratio

Yes, those are the Brads Evolution Flasher with a built-In breakaway cord. Fish them like any other flasher... They work fantastic
