Love it when people reference the "spoon bite" newsflash its always a spoon bite and we caught limits of fish for many years without any flashers rotators or meat rigs. Spoons will always work and you catch your most fish on what you fish the most. Guy runs 6 meat rods and 2 out of the way spoons of course the meat will win but vice versa as well. That capt can fish and you can tell just by watching him move around thats its second nature to him
100% I agree that you'll catch with whatever you soak but there are times, like we had this season, where the spoon bite just was not as productive or "hot" as it was in the same period as last year.
No he's still primarily in the kayak for all of his own fishing while helping to create educational/informative content for the boat anglers on the lake in this channel.
