Almond float
1 2/3 cups boiling water
2 envelopes plain gelatin
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup whole milk or evaporated milk
1 tbsp almond extract
1 can fruit cocktail
1 can mandarin oranges
1 can lychees
1 can mixed fruit with nata de coco

One of my faves that my Mom makes often. She uses the almond flavor agar mix for the jello part 😊 will have to try this way some time too! Thanks for sharing!
