INGREDIENTS:
1 box (1 lb) mochiko flour
1 2/3 cups granulated sugar
2 tsp baking powder
2 cups whole or 2% milk
1 can coconut milk
4 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 stick (4 oz) unsalted butter
Bake at 350 degrees F for 1 hour and 20 minutes
