- Not surprisingly, this is one of my all-time favorite recipes. Creamy cream, delicate cakes. Everyone loves this recipe and is very happy when I make it for the whole family. I often do this for friends and family because they love it. Very easy to do for everyone. Just follow the simple steps and voila, the delicious cake is ready and everyone is happy. Try this easy and delicious recipe and leave me a comment in the "How do you like it?" Good day friends!
Recipe and ingredients:
🧡2 eggs.
💛150 grams of sugar.
💙60 g of corn starch.
💚 mix everything well.
💜500ml milk.
🧡Brew the cream thickly over medium heat while stirring constantly.
💛let the cream cool down.
💙100ml of water.
💛100ml milk.
🧡a pinch of salt.
💜80g butter.
💚Once the butter has melted, add 120g flour.
💙 mix everything well.
💛 Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes while stirring constantly.
🧡Let the mixture cool down a bit.🧡
💛Add 3 eggs one by one.
💙Cake pan 20cm.
💚 Halve the dough.
💛 Bake for 10-15 minutes at 200 °C
🧡 Beat 160 g butter (room temperature) until fluffy.
💙Vanillin.
💚 Gradually add the cooled cream.
💙The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
💛 Collect cakes.
🧡Refrigerate to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

💜Once the butter has melted, add 6-7 tbsp of flour.
💚 mix everything well.
💙Cook the dough for 1-2 minutes while stirring constantly.
💛Let the mixture cool down a bit.
💚Add 3 eggs one by one.
💜Baking pan 8 inch.
🧡 Halve the dough.
💛10-15 minutes at 395 F . to bake
💙 Beat 8 tablespoons of butter (room temperature) until foamy.
💙Vanillin.
💛 Gradually add the cooled cream.
🧡The temperature of cream and butter must be the same.
💜 Collect cakes.
💚Refrigerate to stabilize the cream for at least 3 hours.

It's basically a cream puff in layer cake form. The cream is very standard pastry cream, the cake layers are pâte à choux

I don't think I could ever go through all this work to make this but I have to tell you it looks so delicious such a comforting feeling sometimes food brings us as people. And this is absolutely something I would love to try in my lifetime it's beautiful and you put such care into making it.

I don't make complicated cakes that often, but when I do it's for company. I find that the Ooooo's and Ahhhh's, and "May I get your recipe?' are reward enough, but for me, the more complicated the recipe, the more delicious I find it is.

Your " cream icing " is the same recipe , I use for my puff pastry filling . It's so delicious !!! We always double the recipe and freeze half in a tube shape . Then we make whoopie pies the next week . 😉

Yes, it does involve more time & effort than a standard cake & icing. But do make this at least once, perhaps for a special occasion. This is essentially the same pastry cream I make & is absolutely delicious. You won't regret making it.

@@babygirl5426 28grams. = 1 oz. or 720 grams = 1 lb. don't hold me to it, it's been years since I've had to do these conversions, but I bet google with convert the measurements for you. They're in the top, right corner.

Thank you! I will definitely be making this for the holidays! Plus, I think I’ll make it again in early spring, when lemons are still in season, with some lemon extract & perhaps a bit of limoncello glossed over at least one layer of the cake part!

Yummy! Seems to be my cream puffs recipe. I prefer the individual cream puffs. You can fill the "cake" with many things, pudding, chicken salad, crab or shrimp salad. Delish.
