I take 2 capsules with one L- Theanine, both of these help me sleep and improves cognition plus other benefits. I take one Magnesium in the morning which helps me stay calm. Good luck with it. I take 3 in the morning and one at night. This has really been helpful for arthritis pain which I used to have but don’t have now unless I eat something salty or something with sugar. Hope it works for you, it does take a little time before you see results a few weeks to a month or two. Good luck with it!

    I am a huge fan of kale smoothies❣️
    I use frozen kale and frozen strawberry banana mix to make them. I also add drink enhancers with B vitimans and electrolytes. (All inexpensive off brands from Walmart) Then I add my D3+K vitamins to it.
    I make a big batch at a time and store extra bottles in the freezer for later.
    I eat a boiled egg and drink a kale smoothies for breakfast. I can always tell when I didn't have my smoothy in the morning. It makes a big difference in my ability to function.
    I love my kale smoothies❣️ Having one with a pre-boiled ever morning not only improves my health and functioning, it makes a quick, healthy no cook, no mess breakfast. 👍

      I get leg and foot cramps also (Charlie horse in thighs) so I keep a small bottle of organic peppermint oil and coconut oil next to my bed. About 3 drops mixed with enough coconut oil to dilute the peppermint oil, rub it on, and cramps fade away quickly. The biofreeze spray is excellent for the foot cramps.

    Why are conventional doctors telling patients to avoid cauliflower and those other plants you mentioned! That should be considered malpractice when they’re prescribing inferior, patented, man-made medications, i.e., substitutes.

It does me no good when some of these gurus say just take such and such a product, there's everything from cheapo versions that could be contaminated all the way to products that are organic non-gmo pharmaceutical grade etc. I don't want to be putting junk in my body that's for sure.

    I am a vegetarian. I buy alkaline water because it makes for delicious coffee (neutralizes the acidity of coffee)
    I had full blown gout as a *vegetarian* and a vegetarian friend of mine also had gout. Once I realized that fructose was the root cause and removed *all* fructose from my diet, the gout went away and has stayed away.

      Oxalates in many plants can produce inflammation in the form of arthritis/gout pain & kidney stones. I did an elimination diet to find what my body will tolerate. Diets are not one-size-fits-all. What works for one person won't work for another!!! Turmeric capsules are a blessing for some & a curse for others. I can tolerate turmeric in my food (curries, etc.) but I have excruciating pain in my joints & tissues when I take turmeric capsules (too strong for my system)!! This site provides excellent information for those who do not want to give up their health/healing to the moneyed interests of Big Pharma & allopathic health care.

    • @homomorphic
      @homomorphic Месяц назад +1

      @drusilladana4184 incorrect. Oxalates *in the presence of fructose poisoning* can do all sorts of things, but the oxalates are just a pawn in that reaction. It is the fructose that is corrupting metabolic pathways thus enabling all sorts of other compounds to produce undesirable results when present in those corrupted pathways.
      You can prove this to yourself. Just don't eat any fructose for 3 months, then consume oxalates.
      I eat spinach (the highest oxalate commonly consumed vegetable) regularly, yet I have an hsCRP of 0.9.
      Thr human body is a machine that obeys the laws of physics like every other machine and they all work *exactly* the same way (genetic defects excepted). The machine can be configured slightly differently, but the machine is the same.
      If it weren't so detrimental to health it would be amusing how confused people get by trying to extract patterns of human metabolism from the 93% of the population that consumes a mitochondrial toxin in large quantities every day (it's like trying to understand the behavior of a software application on millions of computers, all of which have bad memory)
