Thanks for the video! I will try these! Also, black cardamom does wonders to your skin if you suffer from acne. I started to take about 4-5 pieces of black cardamom and just put them in half a cup of water and leave them there for atleast 2 hours. You drink it everyday and it actually works! So happy

I love his page. I'm a T1D with PCOS. Haven't had my period for 3 years my lining is always thin and I'm the heaviest I have ever weighed at 236 and I'm only 5'3". This page is giving me a lot of encouragement to get this weight off, have some control over these hormones, and add to our family. Right now I feel like I'm going day to day but not actively participating.

Great video! I take these too, but I also add B complex, vitamin C, Vitamin D3, berberine and curcumin. Oddly, turmeric makes me ache more, but it’s concentrated form of curcumin makes me feel better. Cinnamon is my favorite! I sprinkle it in my tea several times a day.

Hi. I'm new here and definitely plan to see more of your videos. I'm in my 60s and hadn't paid attention to PCOS unti I heard Dr. Mark Hyman taking about it, along with insuin resistance. I'm amazed how our medical docs can't usually see beyond their specialties. Basically, it seems to me, most every disease, whether a body is old or young, is a result of ignoring how we feel, overeating and consuming unhealthy things.

Reading comments under this video gives me hope and motivates me as I have only recently discovered of me having PCOS, and knowing there are a lot of us alike, I am sort of relieved as there are experienced ones out there. I was told that I might have PCOS when I visited a dermatologist few years ago, didn't take it seriously until recently, I was experienced bad acne, even after doing the most expensive facials which usually works for me. Googled why and PCOS was the first factor that popped out. Decided to dig in and was shocked that I have all three main symptoms which all are main concerns for me since forever; overweight, acne and excessive body hair. Decided to go for the natural way, which was most recommended by every PCOS patient, I changed my lifestyle and diet. I am now on an intermittent fasting, I reduce sugar and processed food, exercise regularly and take supplements like Probiotics, Fish Oil, Saw Palmetto and Zinc. Not forgetting spearmint tea. I tend to focus on those that could reduce androgens. Growing up, I have the worst self esteem and kept on wondering why God made me this way and how unfair it is for me to have everything that a woman HATES, while every other girls don't. I am so relieved to be finding out about PCOS, think it needs more awareness in women. Having those symptoms, I felt alone and helpless. Knowing there are women out there who goes through the same thing strengthen me emotionally and mentally. I cannot express enough how I feel for every each of you who commented under this video. I wish all of you the best of luck and please know, YOU CAN GET THROUGH THIS! Much love!!!

Hello, I am new to the PCOS community and I have just been officially diagnosed at 28. I was prescribed metformin and Xulane to get my hormone levels back to normal. I experienced a miscarriage in November. I started taking megformin about a month ago but the side effects were killing me. My dr. Wanted me to build up tolerance to it and she recommended it be used during pregnancy when I start trying again. I would much rather go a different route. I hate taking medications. Is there anything specific you’d recommend. I am definitely changing my diet and aiming on exercising at least 3x a week. TIA for your help.

Actually I regulary take magnesium, because i noticed that I had (and I do not knwo why) a huge lack of magnesium. ince than I am mentally more stable and my migraine is nearly gone xD I also focuse on magnesium rich and inflammatory descreasing food.
And I had some vitamin D and B12 as well as other B vitamins for a while, which was a help and I would like to do this again but want a checkout on my values at first from the Doctor.
I saw a lesson abotu PCOS a few days ago in german and they talkied about the PCOS type II woman which need a fat rich and Vitamin D diet. the type II Seems to have a PCOS but do not have an insulin resistance, which is basically me. I never ever had the slightest insulin resistance.

    Thank you for the help!
Quick question, in your researching- did women trying to conceive need to take a fertility drug along with the inositol, or was inositol enough?
thank you in advance for answering!

Hello, I know I'm late but just wanted to respond anyway. As far as I know, it is up to your doctor. The doctors in where I live in, advise to take inositol along with folic acid, to those who want to concieve. It is considered as a last resort before starting any serious fertility drugs. And if the patient fails to concieve, then they start the drug treatment along with inositol and folic acid as well. And some of them also advise to continue using inositol+folic acid throughout the pregnancy. Hope you're doing well.

@@fridakahlo4225 hey! Wow it's been two years since this comment of mine. I've been taking inositol this whole time, and it has changed my life. No longer have some of the more horrible symptoms of pcos. Husband and I are on baby #3 now! Had my first before being diagnosed with pcos and since then we've conceived twice naturally. Due in a court months! I give full credit to God for my babies and getting pregnant BUT I think inositol has helped those pregnancies be healthier.
For anyone thinking about using inositol, I use the powder/ scoop kind from Theralogix and at least for me I've had a LOT of positives from taking it. ❤️

I heard evening primrose oil helps stress, hormonal acne, improve cholesterol levels, period pain and irregular periods. I have also read that marijuana especially edibles help with acne.

I have PCOS...I got treatment with contraceptives and metformin 500mg. I stopped the metformin, but I still take my contraceptive because it balances my period. The only thing is this. I am not looking to have children, so I am worried that if I take this supplements I'll get pregnant. I dont know of I can still take a contraceptive and also take the q10 and the other things you mention in your video and still use my birth control...or what birth control should I use? Thanks.

Nor Nabilah The herb is a slow fix. I don't have pcos, but I used it before. Motherwort and Penny royal are better. Be careful with the pennyroyal. A pinch at most.

also look into black seed oil.
