- Shannon from Big Freedom Tiny Homes was kind enough to put together this tour of his tiny house build for us. The house is a full 28' long and features tons of really neat features. I love the fact that this home has a full-sized bathtub for soaking and unwinding. Although this tiny house has been sold, Shannon can build another one like it for you.

Super impressed with the storage use throughout the house! Even the stairs have storage space and that's a steal. I would def get a tiny house made by this guy if I had the cash.

This is one of my all time favorite tiny home. He seems like a true craftsman and takes pride in his work.
Those kitchen shelves under the stairs are just perfect. Best kitchen feature I've seen yet.
I love how the dog was just so chill. One of the best I've seen. Wish these were made without the ladder and stairs for both lofts.

I love that the bathroom is not directly off the kitchen. The full size closet is awesome.

I have to say this is theee Best tiny home I’ve seen built. Yeah there’s a lot of cutesy ones, cool ones, bohemian ones, etc but this is the first one that actually makes sense. No stupid wasted space, no foo foo frilly unnecessary crap. And the builder is probably the first one to speak like he’s not trying to oversell the home. I love his honesty and design. If I had the money to invest I’d totally go with this builder. Thanks for sharing this video.

This is a perfect tiny home - it has all the things you need without any wasted space.
The closet area is a great idea. It makes sense to have it next to the bathroom and laundry with enough headroom to get dressed. Beautiful tiny house, well planned.

Beautifully done for the size, great kitchen, having the closet and laundry there is brilliant (lots of people do not like the bathroom/toilet so close to their kitchen), then a very, very nice bathroom.

Anything to help handicap and retired people to have/afford a smaller nice home. I'd love to see designs for some different sizes of tiny homes like the 8ft wide, 10ft and 12ft too. Same with length18ft, 20ft 24ft,28ft and so on. Yes! would love to see some sketches and walkthroughs!

Just because you haven't seen them on RUclips or Google images doesn't mean they don't exist. Most tiny home builders will work with a customer, especially one with a disability. Just imagine or draw your idea and find a capable builder and BAM! Dream realised

I've seen quite a few videos on RUclips of tiny houses with a separate downstairs bedroom, if I knew the links I would post them, but just imagine the door that leads to the closet in this unit leading to a bedroom instead with what is essentially a wall to wall bed but with room on one side. The kitchens and bathrooms are generally much smaller.

This is by far the BEST kitchen, bath & washer/dryer area I've seen!! In the washer area it would be cool to have a slide out fold up table with a connecting cross bar to give a space for folding & hanging up clothes as they're taken out of the dryer!! I haven't seen one yet in a tiny house, it's the ONLY thing that hasn't been addressed, or a built in dish rack style plate holder in the kitchen, in your design of the kitchen it could be done under the stairs & still have space for cups & glasses. This would allow people to have more than a couple plates, great thought for when you entertain!

Just read through the comments... There is a bed downstairs. Could easily make up the bed at night and put away in the morning, leaving the lofts for when the kids visit! Great design!
Nonono. This is an IKEA bed. It is rock hard and you cannot was any covers because there are no covers to wash.
I like your idea of giving all the comforts of a regular house in a tiny home. You could put some sky lites in to create more room upstairs.

...Shannon...great tour of one of the best designed for comfort, tiny homes I have seen. I like your style. It would be nice if you revealed the Price & how long it takes to build ready for delivery once the contract is signed, at the end of your tours? Also, do you offer Financing on your homes? I am preparing my fixer upper on the East Coast, for sale by year end or early next spring & heading West. I need to find the right property for it so if you work with Land Sales people it would be great to have that info too! Looking forward to contacting you in the near future.
This design is genius! The only thing i would change to suit my personal style is the subway tile. The architecture of the kitchen really caught my attention. I never would've thought to design one that way. You truly have a gift. Glad that you do what you do.

This is one of the best designs I’ve seen. The only thing I’d change is leave the lofts for storage (or guest room) and put a Murphy wall bed/sofa in living area. That way the bed would pull down when needed (already made up) and store away when not needed. Too hard to crawl up and down those steps in the middle of the night for bathroom use when you’re older.

The storage area under the fridge should be a drawer not just an open door. It will be hard to use that space without getting on your knees. Other than that great tiny house.

GET A SHOWER,NOT A TUB. PUT IN STACKABLE WASHER/DRYER AND BARN DOOR BETWEEN LAUNDRY AND BATHROOM. NO LOFTS OR STAIRS AND ADD DISHWASHER TO KITCHEN. GET RID OF BAR STOOL AND QUARTZ TABLE. ADD A COLLAPSIBLE TABLE TO OPEN UP SPACE. PUT IN SOLID STEEL FRONT DOOR WITH VIEWER AND A LOCMING SCREEN DOOR.

Ever since I started watching videos about tiny houses I've been kind of keeping mental tally of things I like and piecing them together to make my ideal tiny home and you know what. This is almost my ideal tiny home. The only thing that I'm not crazy about is that second loft. Like. What. How did this man read my mind and make the perfect home?!
Very nice. I would want a skylight and a higher ceiling. Love the full size tub. With the ability to recoup grey water and water my container garden.

I have seen lots of tiny homes online and this one has to be in the top 5 at least. Great use of space, lots of storage, lots of nice finishing touches on the floor, ceiling, backsplash in the kitchen, etc. Very nice home/tour.

Perfect!!!! This is me!! only thing I would change for my personal needs would be an elevator bed over the living area to future-proof as I would find it difficult to crawl around and make a bed in a loft. I love it!
Suzanne R I was raised to make my bed each morning, but now I'm 43 and really don't care anymore. Especially a loft bed...who cares if it's made???
Hi Matt, me too, and me either! ;-) I should perhaps have said 'change' as I meant when you have to make the bed by putting on clean sheets... :-)
I love everything about this tiny home. The only things I would change is to have a round roof, make the bathroom door a pocket door, and shorten the length of the guest loft and make the main loft longer for more storage.✌🤘👍😊❤

Beautiful Tiny House. Looks like it has everything I would need for myself & if I had Guests over I would create the 2nd end as a bedroom. The only thing I would put in would be a curtain or something for privacy on each bedroom. That way it would be more private for myself or my guests.

the best part about what you suggest for a bedroom is that if you stay in one location, building a LIVING ROOM 3 season porch is relatively inexpensive compared to making a bigger THOW.
