I just snapped my passenger side cv. I have a stock cv sitting at the house already but I’m debating just picking up these bc ik the stock one will eventually break again with the 3 inch lift and 35s
I bought it and regret it, when I talk to customer service they said you have to buy new one first and then send us old one back on your expenses then we will issue refund. So I spend 130$ when I bought then 350 for installation. In 2 months just 2 months axle start causing vibration and it making so much noise when i accelerate. I send 100 dollar again to find out what wrong with car. Now for refund I have to spend 110$ to ship it for 130$ refund. That a good scam
Do it yourself live &learn..Spent about 1k on just learning my lesson buy quality &take the time to try & Just go things yourself that are possible in a driveway of course that is…Not a hard job at all….

Just checking to see how they held up I was thinking of getting a set for my F150 02
We’ve had them on for a while now and they are holding up great we’ve gotten it stuck a few times so they can take the pressure 🤘
Same, 2003 ford f150 with 5 inch lift kit. Should i need this TRAVEL EXTENDED CV AXLES.? whats the difference between factory axles & extended axles.?
Did it make a difference? What size life is on the truck that they went onto?
It’s about a 3 inch lift and we will be testing it out in a couple of weeks

Yeah with 35s and the lift it puts a lot more stress on those old cv’s

You’re spending $100 to ship a cv axel?
Follow up on the axles? They still holding up?
They’ve done great so far!
@@adventurefriendsgo thanks for the reply. I been considering buying a set of these.
If you have a couple hundred bucks extra I think they’re Definately worth it
I know you're probably tired of this question but how have they held up til this point?
@@ksarps they’re doing great no problems
@@adventurefriendsgo just ordered a set for my 05 Yukon that I'm doing a Frankenstein lift/level. Hoping they do good for me too
Ide just undo the top ball joint. That way you dont have to hammer the axle out
@@verschuur99 I’ll probably do that next time 😂
I would suggest not using an impact when installing the axle nut, too much torque can pinch your bearings in hubs causing premature failure.
We will keep that in mind 👍
