This episode is the key to a lot of the problems in people's lives. How they think, how they react, how they talk will lead them to the results they get. We are 100% responsible for the results and I'm so thankful for the wonderful way you explained it. Thank you for helping us to get clarity on why certain things happens in our lives and how we can change what no longer suits us❤️

This was so comprehensive for me. I am going through a divorce. My ex husband cheated and lied for a very long time. I did not. But was I perfect, definitely not. I would rather focus on my own behavior, actions or thoughts to understand how to work through this pain in a transforming and meaningful way but I have to say, controlling your ego and ego response, because it does make you feel better in that moment for a little while, is so hard. To rummage though your pain and still be able to remain objective, with yourself and put focus on how you want to show up, is essential to growth. I struggle so much. My whole world collapsed but I understand my strength and honesty are qualities I have to nourish within me. Also, I felt so diminished for standing up for myself because I received a very angry and at the same time detached response with zero honesty. Working on soothing myself was so important for self preservation of any sense of self that I lost.

Hello Najwa and Stephan! I am loving these conversations. I’ve heard the story about the brothers a few times and in my mind I think about the pain they both faced even though they each chose different journeys because of their father. Some of us serve our own internal sentences regardless of how successful we may seen on the outside due to our college degrees and jobs!

The thinking is the problem. I recently had to admit that to myself.
