Great conversation! I appreciate as many practical how-tos as possible. Love the 4 P's and the suggestion to sit in complete silence while reviewing the 4 P's. However, for those of us with tinnitus, sitting in silence is maddening. Can we sit with a white noise app on in our headphones? Would that take away anything from the exercise? Thank you.

I have tinnitus as well (Stephan), white noise or anything somewhat cutting you out from the outside "noise" or distractions is perfectly fine. 👊🏽

In the mid of this awesome podcast- thanks for both of you- just wanted to say to the part you both talked about “ the inner child healing” and you both used it to empower you. And that is because of the Chiron asteroid placed in your chart somewhere and in astrology field Chiron known as “ A wounded healer” your childhood wounds helps you to grow and help to heal others. Just try to see where Chiron is placed in your chart. Thanks again!!

it's easy to release the rope. to unburden me, reduce the weight of stress I am bearing that causes by someone else, its easy to leave someone behind. I could do that long time before.
But what I wanted was not to heal myself but to bring her to her best version leaving all her misdeed behind, believing that I will be able to make her understand that what she is doing to me & more importantly to her ownself is wrong and she will realize & come out from those & we will spend good times for the rest of our life, cause I love her. it's hard to leave someone you love in wrong path that you know will dood her someday but she don't.
now I believe you are the proffessional, & you know better than me how it works, so may be...may be I will loosen my grip to let her lost in the tide and say good bye my love..... I will always love you.

Great idea. Loved it. I know you Najwa, I've read all your books. As for Stephan, it's my first time but I appreciate his authenticity & calmness. Thank you both so much !
My question: when you're going through self transformation journey, people start falling off coz they don't like the new you. So now you're all alone & feel guilty for choosing yourself first. What tools can we have to help us navigate the rough beginning of change !

what if the wrong they did to us is still negatively affecting our lives? And its going to affect till we are alive. In that case isn't it that sometimes their acceptance and their apology that they did wrong to us helps us move forward a bit in peace? Bcz we will think that yes I am suffering because of them but atleast they have apologised?

I love your teachings. My question is should we just let people keep hurting us and getting away with it even if we are good. Because honestly I imagine someone who sexually abused the other, are you saying those people should just be seen thriving and nothing is done. What if it's done to someone else? I am asking from a point of yes I understand what you are saying but just help me elaborate what the point of the goodness of us should just wish them the best and hope they learnt
