Eating healthy and balanced is good for loosing weight slowly if you’re patient but if you are like me and want to loose weight quick and fast keto is great for that, as you’re just avoiding carbs, carbs are actually the thing that causes fats not calories. I used to count calories and I would not loose weight, I started the keto diet and I’m loosing weight quicker than ever.
SystemASMR i did keto for 45 days and I lost a lot of excess weight after that I returned to incorporating carbs into my diet but I learned how to eat healthier on keto and I picked up better eating habits so I managed to maintain my weight afterwards. I’ve never felt happier tbh, I feel like things like keto work only if you don’t go crazy afterwards. Honestly the keto diet was one of the best things I’ve done, it changed my whole outlook on food and I’ve been eating better now whilst still enjoying carbs!

I’m doing this for 2 weeks keep me updated by liking! I’m doing every face exercise for 1 minute which is a total of 6mins every day plus my other cardio and fitness workouts!

Growing up in a health-nut household where I was almost never allowed white bread, I can tell you that wheat bread tastes almost the same, just a bit less "sugary" if ya know what I mean

These facial exercises changed me a lot, in terms of physical (tho not much) and mental changes, I’ve grew much more confident and with me as a senior high school student, I can tell you all that doing this exercises might require you motivation and patience but it’ll be worth it in the end :))
okay so i have been trying any face excercises i can and it has really worked my face is really naturally chubby and squarish but these excercises has helped slim down my face so much making me look better and older but i suggest doing this everyday so your face gets used to it and btw i did face excercises for 2 months only

hey I've recently gained some weight so my face has gotten significantly chubbier and my double chin has gotten a lil bigger so I'll do the exercises daily and DEFINITELY update to let you guys know if it's working (if anyone's interested) but please comment so that I remember to do it day 1: my face burned a little while doing them, I think that's good? day 2: forgot to mention that I'm doing this plus the collarbone exercises and wow, second day and you can see a little difference in my jawline, it's definitely a bit more defined day 3: I forgot LMAO so I'll do it two times today EDIT just finished doing it, again, my jawline looks sharper and my collarbones look a bit more defined day 4: my mom noticed that my face is slimmer!!! day 5: I didn't do it today but I did some normal exercise like cardio and stuff, and my face is definitely slimmer UPDATE: I lost my motivation to do it :(

Will update you guys until i succeed over this. Day 1: during head roll i felt some dizziness. Other exercises went perfectly. I set a timer for 1 min for each exercise and did it by taking lil bit rest. Day 2:went well Day 3: same as day 2 Day 4: i took a picture before trying this and today i compare my present and old pic i found some slight changes in my face. Trying it more Day 5: done Day 6: i think i have gained my fatness again . Because i had oily foods the day before. Anyway trying it more. Day 7: done
My mom has been going to the physician for her spine problems for a while now and the physician advice to not do head rolls, because there are so many sensitive nerves around there. Aside from that, everything is so informative and helpful, thank you Emi!
Going to follow these tips just did a 20 min ab work out and had a health breakfast and lunch with natural sugar and very minimal salt. Thank you I’m going to give it 12 weeks to see what happens

@@tiffanydening4301 start with small dishes, the ones you eat everyday or something....so that u can always make them, watch RUclips videos on how to make certain dishes. And ask your mom obviously, try helping her out in the kitchen, you'll learn most of the stuff just by that.

I’m hoping to see a result, and I’m going to put an honest result each day of what happens: Day 1: ✅ Nothing visually has happened. @@stephaniepaguinto3255 no actually i did play softball tho so that kind of helped but it was mostly the face excercises and drinking water and try putting lotion on your face and doing the exercises not only does it relax your face but it helps

hey I've recently gained some weight so my face has gotten significantly chubbier and my double chin has gotten a lil bigger so I'll do the exercises daily and DEFINITELY update to let you guys know if it's working (if anyone's interested) but please comment so that I remember to do it
day 1: my face burned a little while doing them, I think that's good?
day 2: forgot to mention that I'm doing this plus the collarbone exercises and wow, second day and you can see a little difference in my jawline, it's definitely a bit more defined
day 3: I forgot LMAO so I'll do it two times today EDIT just finished doing it, again, my jawline looks sharper and my collarbones look a bit more defined
day 4: my mom noticed that my face is slimmer!!!
day 5: I didn't do it today but I did some normal exercise like cardio and stuff, and my face is definitely slimmer

Day 1: during head roll i felt some dizziness. Other exercises went perfectly. I set a timer for 1 min for each exercise and did it by taking lil bit rest.
Day 2:went well
Day 3: same as day 2
Day 4: i took a picture before trying this and today i compare my present and old pic i found some slight changes in my face. Trying it more
Day 5: done
Day 6: i think i have gained my fatness again . Because i had oily foods the day before. Anyway trying it more.

My mom has been going to the physician for her spine problems for a while now and the physician advice to not do head rolls, because there are so many sensitive nerves around there. Aside from that, everything is so informative and helpful, thank you Emi!

Going to follow these tips just did a 20 min ab work out and had a health breakfast and lunch with natural sugar and very minimal salt. Thank you I’m going to give it 12 weeks to see what happens

@@tiffanydening4301 start with small dishes, the ones you eat everyday or something....so that u can always make them, watch RUclips videos on how to make certain dishes. And ask your mom obviously, try helping her out in the kitchen, you'll learn most of the stuff just by that.

I’m hoping to see a result, and I’m going to put an honest result each day of what happens: Day 1: ✅ Nothing visually has happened. Day 2: ✅ Again nothing visually has happened but I’ve been feeling good! Day 3: ✅ I’ve lost a few pounds but no appearance difference. Day 4: ✅ I feel like I can feel my face getting slimmer but I don’t see much of a difference. Day 5: ✅ Not much of a difference

Chin Press for 30 seconds,
Face Press for 30 seconds,
For goldfish 30 seconds with 3 second intervals
For Bubble I'm doing 10 seconds 3 times on each side
Chin Lift for 30 seconds
Head tilt 10 seconds each side
Head Roll for 15 seconds
Day 1: Nothing (obviously)

Rice will get digested easily it does not contain much fat and if u can't exercise in front of your parents then walk for one or half an hour
My dad makes me do exercises 1 hour 30 mins in the morning and 2 hrs in the evening everyday:( plus takes me to cycling twice a week for 1hour and 45 mins :(

8.Try warm milk some few minutes before you sleep.
