"Iswar sarva bhutanam Hrddese Arjuna tisthati" - God is residing within every living species, within their heart he is situated. It's a verse from Bhagavat Gita where Iswar himself enlightened Arjuna about his true nature and what is his relationship with living creatures. The Vedas too declare "Ayam Atman Brahman" , "Aham Brahmasmi", "Tav tvam asi" etc etc. So this concept that God is one is similar in Sanatan Dharma and Islam, but for other perspectives there are huge differences.

It is subdivided into two portions namely Namaka and Chamaka. For overall wellbeing we can chant it daily , or atleast on mondays. Thanks
