Just a reality check. All these Could be hidden coz barrier is created by a religious cults. Though education was rich, the Sanskrit known sector created the upper caste and lower caste system and hence there was no flow of knowledge and information for all. And now it’s too late to boast around the world about the richness of Indian education system. Education is universal . The selfishness of a sect of people killed it and off course when we learn by outsiders first, we follow them first.
Else why would a great social reformer go to Germany to learn Sanskrit, because he was not allowed to learn in his mother country. Why would he fight for equal education for lower caste ?
Thanks for sharing this atleast now, I always used to wonder and curious to know what they thought kids ‘mainly boys’ in Gurukula!

IN India this high level knowledge was in right person hand who was the Dharma guru to the kings. And was only used to protect humanity and earth, universe. Mughals and Europe stole it and used for commercial purpose to rule all economically. And thus burnt and hided the truth so that we can become such dumb idiots as we are now...Time to explore the truth and achieve the peace.

.. It's hidden because of vastness of sanskrit...
Its said that each sanskrit word has 12 different meanings... If u put one wrong meaning its interpretation changes drastically...
For that reason gurukul (India vedic school) were there... These are ancient ancestoral school going on generations and generations..
But today these school are no less than a vandalized building... Due to continuous invasion.. By external forces most books were destroyed and gurukuls were vandalized..
Even ancient library of ancient international university of nalanda.. Was destroyed by mughals..
Its said that they burnt the library which was burning even after 3 months.. That much knowledge was present...

This is why the Guru is of utmost importance to the seeker of the truth. Authentic, highly accomplished Gurus are hard to find these days. Lots of people think they are Gurus but not many that are truly enlightened. Hopefully, your project will advance the knowledge held in the Vedas.

Hindu scriptures full of casteism and war only. 99% of god or goddesses are depicted with weapons . If you read Mahabharata you will find war between brothers . If you read Ramayana there you will find war. If you read Veda you will find animal sacrifice. If you read Smrities you will find casteism . No scriptures showed respect to woman. Either they are neglected or dominated not much different from Islamic scriptures .

I am not Hindu but I yearn to know more about the foundations of Hindu religion because I feel as humans it is the closest spiritual tie to our ancient roots, and holds many deep truths. I also feel there is so much wisdom and knowledge to be rediscovered for those of us who have never been introduced properly to the vedas and Mahabharata and countless other writings. Years ago I considered tying to learn Sanskrit 😂 I hear it is one of the most beautiful, complex, and efficient writing systems on the planet. I’d love to find a good channel with English subtitles that really breaks down the Sanskrit and teachings in the ancient texts like you did with the speed equation. I know a lot of ancient mythology seems silly to people today, but they don’t give our ancestors enough credit! They were highly intelligent like us, just working in a different setting with different technology. The insight to how they discovered these fundamental principles from mere observations and thought experiments is incredible.

Project Shivoham is Awesome! Keep it up. Sacred knowledge was not shared to common people in ancient times. It was kept only to the privilege. Foreigners came to India, acquired many of these knowledge, turn it into their own, spread it among their citizens and make great progress in their homeland. India needs to catch up with these great knowledge by making it accessible to all people. This was the greatest mistake made by our seers. Hopefully it has not become obsolete now?

It happens later times, in ancient times you are what you think not to depend on where and whom you born proofs are there (happened from Dwapara yuga Duryodhana explained how the deep cast are which you can see at that time but in Ramayana people called them a cast due to his work, in both casts are there in different ways ) VEDAS are way before these periods of Dwapara or Ramayana. Britishers and moguls just use these casts to rule us.

The wealth of knowledge from our ancient time has fallen to dark ages because of various reasons including the lack of understanding of Sanskrit. Your attempts to revive this ancient wisdom is a step in right direction. Of course you(we) are facing a great deal of difficulties with rivaling interests that are adamant to obscure our civilization. In our long history of civilization only the time will tell if we are beating a dead horse.🕉🙏

I truly appreciate your effort to bring out the essence of Hinduism to the people like us. This is a great effort and all the viewers of this channel should make an attempt to share it with their kids. This way the baton of Hinduism is passed to the generations to come . We have to inculcate a tendency in our kids to pass it to their kids.

@@zunnoorainrafi5985 understood where you are pointing to. Which all verses have you studied and you know? If you are following all the scriptures you will know that sanatana Dharma allows people to worship the way they want. If your mind has the capacity to pray without an image, you can do that. If you do not have that power without manifesting god in some form so to feel connected with the god you can manifest him in any form you want. Yajurveda chapter 32 verse 3 also says that you can find god even in a particle of sand. So if you want to pray to that you can. There is no hard and fast rule. You can give whatever image you want , to God. And the idol worship you are talking about is not idol worship. It is prathima seva. Which mean you are invoking a certain manifested form of positive energy into an idol made of the permitted elements, panchaloha is another main ingredients of the prathimas. And an every abhisheka absorbs the medicinal powers from these pathimas which you then consume. If you choose not to do this, you can still pray to god without a form. That ultimate parahbramha has no begining no end.

@@keerthiram6618 Brilliantly explained! Thank you! Idol worship can be best explained if we consider that the idols/images are mere conduits/channels/mediums through which one connects to the Brahman. The idols/images are therefore only a *representative* of God, not God itself. What matters is that we still reach out to that ultimate creator, the *very* same concept that is also described in other religious text such as the Quran and the Bible. The Quran instructs Muslims to wage wars against idol worshippers and enforce the acceptance of only that single divine creator (Allah or the Param Brahma or God...), so it is easy to understand where they are coming from and why they have done what they have done.
To be fair, though, I think we Hindus are ourselves to blame for all the confusion over idol worship. Over the centuries, we have come to consider the channel to *be* the Param Bhahma, not merely a *representation*. Perhaps it is because it is easier for the layman to visualise God as, say, a humanoid Shiva or Vishnu or Krishna, as opposed to the abstract concept of the ultimate Brahman. At the end of the day, it doesn't matter as long as we are aware of the eternal truth.

I really appreciate the efforts of this channel and the others in digging and rediscovering the knowledge of Vedas and the knowledge relating to everything else we have created since.
The authenticity will never be acknowledged as long as you keep repeating the "India"and "Indian" in all this knowledge.
The Himalayas and the civilizations that emerged at the river banks in South Asia overall is where a significant amount of all this knowledge was produced and scripted eventually. Ved Vyas, for example was actually born in Nepal, significant part of Ramayan and Mahabharat occured in the territory of present day Nepal, many rishis and maharishis resided in this territory, King Janak, Astavakra, Yagnavalkya, Gargi, they were all born in present day Nepal and so was Buddha. Taxashila, one of the greatest universities to have ever existed, is located at the present day Pakistan. So unless there is a recognition of Nepal, Pakistan, Afganistan, and other countries that have been part of this history, the authenticity remains in India. Thank you.

Amazing!

This is very true. Early Muslims went to India to gain knowledge too. Later on the Islamic invasions tried to annihilate what made India special by trying to eradicate Hinduism, Buddhism, Jainism, Indian-Style Christianity, Zoroastrianism etc. and later the newly emerging Punjabi religion of Sikhism which first appeared in the 16th century some 500 years ago. The Islamic invasions really hurt India. That's why they should be proud for overcoming the Muhammadan tyranny that lasted in various forms in invasions, conquests, occupation and slavery for over 1,000 years. All Hindustanis should be proud of this great accomplishment and they should remind Muslims that they are no longer there slaves.
