When I was a couple weeks before my group B strep test I was a bit nervous. I used garlic to help get rid of group b. I have no idea if I had group b but I knew I wanted to make sure I didn’t test positive. Well my test came back negative. If I had group b then I didn’t anymore!

So my first 2 babys i had i was positive for group strep B and for 3 and 4 i was negative i only took magnesium ,calcium and prenatals .
By any chance is taking glutathione supplement while pregnant is it bad? And if it's ok, how many mg you can recommend?

Hi thank you for this video. One question, why take a separate B-complex supplement with folate when your prenatal supplement already contains folate and some other B-vitamins? Will it not pass the upper limit intake recommended?
Good question, excess folate intake could lead to insulin resistance or slow brain development in children hence it is wise to consult with your doctor on the recommended intake. Welcome to my new channel too.
Which vitamins do you take closer to bedtime?
Why do pre natal vitamins mix synthetic vitamins and natural together. For example maybe it’ll use Folic Acid and the. The organic version of vitamin D.

Are u sure d mannose is safe in pregnancy ?
Do you think if you refused to take the antibiotics while in labor because you've been extremely gut healthy the entire time. But you still tested positive for group B. That the baby would have enough good bacteria from all the work you put in beforehand. To help fight off that possible 1% chance of getting sick? I have 4 weeks left and I'm going extreme with everything I can do to stop this antibiotic from happening. It makes you not want to deal with the medical system at all when they tell you you don't have a choice. Even if you test negative the next test they still say to take antibiotics.... 😮

Do you have any thoughts on Cod Liver oil supplements? I bought some but haven't started it yet.
They do not recommend liver during pregnancy.
Cod liver oil is the best fish oil to take especially in pregnancy and post partum and then to your baby when she eats solids!

Take pure cranberry pills. They are more potent than juice. Hopefully they will help.
