The man is a fkn Genius.. In several movies, it was clear there was way more than a tendency to be stupid, also considering their major skill and bravery isn't to play their character but to be willing to ask with stupidity, irony, sarcasm, funny haha all those deep dramatic, harshness and sorrowful expressions of life, JUST TO RELEASE OTHERS FROM THEIR BURDENS via an induced smile. As a kid and early teen i Always looked at him as a pure clownish bafoon who knows just how to be funny all the time the word serious doesn't appear in his vocab. I admit I loved it! I loved how someone could just find anything hilarious and let's just say you couldn't have a party without jim carrey's precense. He's the funniest there doesn't exist any funnier nor as entertaining as he could be. Id take his example made a role model out of it. I used it in everyday life but it didn't always pay off. Then someday I heard of his retirement and understood that there's a much deeper meaning to this man than just funny!!!! I found out that me too I was going through the same road of depression and was using comedy to snap out of it it was my medication to sadness. I wasn't myself always tried to be a character. Someone I wasn't. I found the jim carrey inside of me. I could understand why he felt that way. This whole comedy mic drop no more classic carrey sort of collapsed my world cause I was dependent on his performances keeping the flow going. Keeling the fire burning inside of me as if his vibe was they key to laughter in the world and if he's dropping the act the grey cloud of depression returns. Its tough till today. I gotta say I really miss Jim's performances. I got back sometimes and watch his gigs and comedies just to bring that smile back. I imagine lots of people were affected that way.
