    Wow! I'm glad I found your channel. I make some tartlets similar to yours. They are from a portuguese
    recipe my former mother-in-law showed me. I would like to try making your version. Excellent.

    All of your recipes and demos are above par. Your demos done in the silent mode is an excellent idea, in fact, unlike many others your presentations are clear, simple, orderly and precise (anyone can watch your demos over and over without getting bored). Btw, can you please do a demo on roti canai? Thank you very much and more power.

      You can always makes your own. Buy some almonds and put them on a blender until they're powder.

    hi there Michael Lim 先生. thank you for this recipe. been gathering coconut recipes, both sweet and savory for a new diet plan. this recipe is a flavor bomb. are you familiar with the McDonald's coconut pie which is only served in Singapore? been looking for a similar recipe. do you have one? those McDonald's pie crusts!!!! they are insanely good to look at and bite on.       So the biscuit crust stay dry and crunchy after baked. It separate the moist filling from the crust.

      Do you mean you can't find any apricot jam? The jelly is made out of apricot jam.

    what happens to the left over dough? do you just throw them away or save it for something else?

      Never throw away the dough, unless is only tiny bit left. I always keep the rest of the dough in the fridge. It stays good up to a week. Just take it out from the fridge 30 minutes before you want to work with it. 😊
