Thanks again!
Never throw away the dough, unless is only tiny bit left. I always keep the rest of the dough in the fridge. It stays good up to a week. Just take it out from the fridge 30 minutes before you want to work with it. 😊

You can always makes your own. Buy some almonds and put them on a blender until they're powder.

So the biscuit crust stay dry and crunchy after baked. It separate the moist filling from the crust.
