Constantly beat the crap out of my fletchings with black skid marks along them, torn and chipped edges, as well as sometimes just off flight in general. It did its job, and could get a decent grouping with it, but it just played a little rough. Lost more than a few of those rubber bristles and noticed the flight path to be a bit more unstable for a little while till the new bristles get use to being used. I got an Xmas gift coming from my daughter, that I certainly don't know anything about, that will fix these issues.

You do realize that the fletching is not supposed to go through the bottom black whiskers?? The bottom whiskers are stiffer than the rest to give the arrow support. If your fletching goes through that part it will mark up and sometimes tear off the fletching.

@@tonybyrne3613 you do realize that with the fully contained "V" shaped whisker biscuit that he is demonstrating, and I just replaced. There are 3 sets of bristles, 2 being on the bottom creating that "V" notch to hold the arrow, and also creating an odd feather up scenario. You have no choice but to have your fletchings pass through 2 sets of those stiffer bristles and beat them up. THAT is exactly why I said this rest was junk and soon would be replaced. At least do yourself the favor of actually watching the original video and know the product your talking about before commenting, keyboard warrior.

Same experience, about 200 arrows run through. Fletchings are ripped and rippled

@@Jbird1988I think my fletchings are hitting the upper part of my drop-away rest. Arrows are really inconsistent. Was thinking about switching to a whisker biscuit cause I don’t know how to fix my issue

Can this be used in bare bow matches if you cut off the top section so you can see your arrow from front to back ?

Does the fletching have to go any specific way on these?

My son and I have been making jokes for the past twenty minutes about whisker biscuits because of its name.

Sometimes it is nice to sit back and enjoy the simpler pleasures of life, especially the ones we often overlook - just like the fact that this common hunting rest has such an amusing name.

I'm convinced PJ is not impressed with this at all. The same goes for me. The OG biscuit will mop this one off the floor for a fraction of it's price too.

How well would this work for someone who uses a 4-fletch configuration for arrows? This is designed only for a 3-fletch arrow.

I bought the V-max and never could get it solid into position. Traded for the v-con and it works well.

It absolutely matters what diameter arrows you use. My small diameter arrows fall between the bristles constantly, super annoying. I put my old circle whisker biscuit back on problem solved.
