  • Have had these Cooper STT Pro's in 37x13.5 for about 15k miles now and wanted to do an updated review. There are A LOT of things I love about these tires and one thing that may frustrate some of you and I outline all of that in the video. All in all, I would highly recommend the STT pros in any tire size and I will definitely be going with these exact tires in 40s when I upgrade. As always, thank you for watching and please like and subscribe for more Jeep and off road content!

I am loving my STT pro’s on my TJ. Have performed great in mud and rocks. Pretty decent on road as well.

I’m with you!! I’m the worse person to ask about road noise. I’ve had these before in a 33r20 for my wife’s Sequoia. Although I just got some 40s for the Taco. Can’t wait. Very good review!!!

These lasted 13k on my Silverado 1500 that only weighs 5,300 pounds and I rotated them 3 times. Things were gone and I don’t do burnouts or anything but I will say that are VERY good off-road sand, rock and mud.

Best tires ive had. Even over the Mickey Thompsons. Torn between the 12.5 D and 13.5 with the E rating.

I’ve been considering using Nitto or Mickey Thompson, however, I have these on my Ram 1500 Hemi, and I have had a great experience with them. I tow a trailer a few times a month. I have around 50k in these, and they are still doing well! They will be going on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Sahara Unlimited, same size as the Ram 35x12.50r20…swapping out my stock Jeep rims for 20x9s with a -12 offset. Shame, I really like the stock rims, they’re just too narrow. Fit fine on my stock Ram rims, and have a nice stance. These tires have been GREAT on road, dry, wet, snow…absolutely nothing to hate.

I have tried so many mud tires, Nitto, mickey thompson, yokohama Mt. I have to admit i was weary of buying these at first but they are the best mud tire i have owned. I think alot of mud tires use gimmicks to sale there tires, like a cool sidewall but that isnt the most imortant part of a tire

This is a good video. I'm torn between these, Firestone destination mt2 and the km3s. I live in Southern Arizona so it's mostly extremely Rocky lose gravel desert conditions with really bad mud a couple times a year for a short time.
I think most name brands don't chunk too bad when they are larger because the weight of the vehicle is spread across the bigger tire as opposed to a 33-in tire on the exact same vehicle weight pushed onto a smaller surface and concentrated

Thanks for watching! I’ve never ran firestones but i will say the KM3s run small so whichever size you order, will more than likely be 1-2” smaller. Only downside to the KM3s! Definitely a lot of brands and options out there

@@dirthead1 oh okay yeah I've been hearing that. After more research I think I might even go with the Cooper stt Pros. Yeah take a look at the Firestone Destination mt2 they're pretty wicked. There are a few reviews out there that actually put them slightly higher than km3 on actual performance diversity I was surprised

As for Coopers presence in the community, perhaps they do not want to compete with Mickey Thompson/ Dick Cepek side of company and see Coopers audience as the daily driver/ work truck image. Now that Good Year owns Cooper we will see what happens. Similar to why you do not see a Michelin presence because they own BFG.

These tires lasted less than 10K miles on my 05 Ram 2500. Excellent grip, decent road manners, but the rubber wears fast and the belts tear very easily. Don't put these on a heavy truck. I assure you they will not last.

Have them on my Hemi 1500 Ram, 50k later…still good… decent amount of tread left…and I tow a lot!

Wrong. I have a couple sets on ram 3500 diesel farm trucks with bale beds and bumpers towing heavy,, very tough on 10000# pickups

Who do you think ends up paying for their “presence off road”? For the advertising it’s us the consumers. I understand the point but it’s best if they continue putting a great product and people like yourself telling us about them
