had shredded pork in freezer 2-cup pack, used that, put corn, onions and cheese in them. seasoned the pork 'to my comfort level'....made the INCREDIBLE EGG GLUE!!......made them with store-flour tortillas. HUSBAND LOVED THEM! (forgot the cream!). great way to use random protein in fridge! Wish I could send you pics of these AND the cheese/corn (next time I'm adding more corn and spinach to my 'halved' recipe. it was awesome!

I did this for lunch today and they were amazingly good even my picky eater 10-year-old daughter ate one and a half! I did learn if anybody wants a “tip” your tortilla needs to be semi-warm so it won’t rip when you’re rolling it. I just used Guerrero brand tortillas.

Hola! I love your videos. I am Australian from Anglo-Irish breed, but I dig Mexican food, which I cook often at home. You are wise in recommending to beginners that they don't overload the fry pan. You managed to handle nine pieces in the one load - risktaker (tomador de riesgos) you!. I cook a lot but I would probably try six in one batch. Newbies to pan frying might be better advised to try three or four pieces at a time, and maybe only one for a preliminary test version until they grow more confiado or more aventurero, whichever comes first. Hope you like my Spanish; had to check the translator dictionary though. Anyways, I have to try this soon!

Stephanie, Cloud, I made the chimmis for dinner some of the best I have had in years, thank you, simple really and only help I had was my daughter did the avacado sauce, I successfully did it!I used refried beans smear on my tortilla, and I used cheddar cheese cause it's what the family likes, I used my two quart deep pot to try in so bubba
When I order these all that's in them is dry chicken breast onions and peppers, They get deep fried for about 1 min the white cheese poured over served with refried beans Mexican rice a tiny teaspoon of guacamole. Yours is a whole meal rolled up in one, yummy.
