When I was young women were approaching me frequently because of my looks, but when I started talking they were running away 😂. Back then I didnt know why women were losing their initial interest, but with time I have realized what I was missing. The thing is, I was raised by women alone, so I thought I must behave around women like a insecured weak and nice guy, who was afraid to really let woman know what I wanted from them. Fortunately I have learned on my mistakes, and when I started to behave like a confident man that's when I could finally attract women successfully from start to finish. Now I know for a fact that women just love men with confidence who have their own life, and who arnt afraid to lose them. Most guys live unhapy life and they want to find a women, just because they think woman will magically fix their unhappy life, but that's not how it works.

@obe3690 Now I don't even wait for women to come up to me. What's crazy is that once I've learnt how to talk to women, I can pick up women who I thought weren't interested. It gives me more options, because I'm 38 now and women don't come up to me as often as they used to.

@@clintonafonso6950 all good… I asked a girl out I haven’t seen since middle school… I’m 29 now. Anyways, she is taking her time to think about me or it or whatever. I’m staying busy. I saw her and she was me as she drove through a school parking lot where voting was taking place. It was surreal as I just said “when am I ever gonna see her in person?” so I went my unorthodox route of “not in person asking.”
Anyways, the beta thing to do was “hey didn’t I see you etc?” Cause I know she saw me, and it was her.
No reason in reaching out while she’s stewing. Keep at it, it is definitely a process to work on.
This stuff works! I’m on my 18th read now. It amazes me how just showing up and enjoying your life attracts women. That and having proper body language (shoulders back, hands at your side, feet spread but comfortable, and proper eye contact) works. I’m 33 and have only had a handful of girls approach me in my life. Last band I went and saw I had 12 girls tap me on my shoulder and want to talk. I had girls approaching my buddies gf asking her about me. I’ve gone to the bar and had girls slip me their number as they left. It is truly amazing! Those new to coaches work listen up. Read the book over and over and over. Enjoy life and know you are the prize!
Hardest part of dating/relationships for me is, when she’s out 1:1 with a male friend, or male work colleague. I’m on the fence with it. You either tell her you believe it to be inappropriate behaviour once you’re exclusive and set a boundary, respecting yourself because you’re a 3% man and thus she (hopefully) respects you more in the process, or you let it go because you’re secure enough in yourself and don’t wish to communicate insecurity, weakness, controlling behaviour, or jealousy to her which will result in her losing attraction for you. Throw in, a ‘good woman’ wouldn’t want you to worry unnecessarily right, so let’s you know everything she’s getting up to with a platonic male friend she has no romantic interest in. Trouble is, women are wired emotionally. They talk, they bond. Add alcohol, an evening setting and things can easily lead to inappropriate behaviours emotionally and physically. Men want the box, they’re just waiting for their chance.
I believe if the woman texted the guy saying she was horny and just fancied a quick hook up every one of these platonic male friends she associates with would take her up on her offer.
We are all men. We know what these male friends want. End goal is to get in our girls pants.
If you respect yourself she will respect you. They will try to manipulate you but if you make decisions out of love she will respect you. If she doesn't then she belongs to the streets

@@themanwithinpodcast great points, but doesn’t really answer his question. In that scenario, It’s a fine line between setting boundaries and having self respect, vs appearing weak, controlling and jealous.
Been following Coach for years and that’s the scenario/situation I too have struggled with. There’s no easy answer other than honest communication.
The fact you posted this, sounds a bit like jealousy, I’ve been there mate, it’s difficult.
Remember, you are the prize. My advice, would be to focus of getting better at your job, improving yourself and achieving a goal (really doesn’t matter what it is, as long as you’re improving). You have to do this authentically, you can’t fake this.
What comes second, is courting her properly, ask her if she would like to go out for food/drink. Tell her to put a nice dress on and you’ll take care of the rest of the night, you’re the leader.
Don’t ‘set boundaries’ with her. These sound like your boundaries, nor hers. She must be able to feel free, free to choose you.
As coach says ‘have fun, hang out, hook up’, good luck!

I've done the conciousness exercises for the last 4 months for an average of 20 minutes per day. They've really made a difference for me and made me more confident, calm and focused. I've also taught them to several people I know. If you take your health serious, then those are worth the time.
Bravo! When you encode your body with the CEs, you truly do up-level yourself. Have you missed any days? I noticed that if I miss a day I feel "off."
@@PatsGarageOnline I've missed one or two days when my mind was on something else and I allowed myself to skip a day. I've struggled with a bit of OCD type behavior in the past and notice that such things can trigger it, meaning that my manager part (IFS term for protective ego) wants to keep me safe by making me do certain things. That can get out of control and become a stress factor, so now I do not force myself to do more than the first 6-8 exercises, which were the most helpful for me anyway. I've done a ton of self work, courses and therapy and learned that "compensatory perfectionism" is my ahilles heal. Trying to always get better and better and better makes it difficult for me to accept myself and my flaws. We are all prone to get addicted to stuff and the CE's aren't teh worst, but addictions must not rule our daily lifes too much, even the so called healthy ones if they make us dependant on them.
@@noonevincecarterfan Thank you for sharing. I also cope with perfectionism and find levity in the fact that it's also the part of me that sometimes feels like I'm not good enough (stage 1). Props to you for recognizing those parts of you that can be addictive and not allowing them to take control. I, too, have to practice this.
@Ramgt LosAngeles I can use the CEs as a recipe for certain situations. Sometimes, I need to do a stage 11 and 12 to get the energy to sink into stages 1, 2 and 3. Then, I do 4 and I'm good to go. But, I found that by practicing for the past year, doing all 12 in order has resulted in a remarkable change for me. It's best to have accountability and coaching in order to get the best from the exercises, tho.

I have been applying and using the tactics to get women to approach you first, and sadly I have not had any success on that front, bar one instance which I have not managed to replicate since.
I continually evaluate what I do, however I can’t be as unsuccessful as I am unless I am doing something fundamentally wrong, or I am just not superficially attractive enough I.e. challenging looks wise in the face?

Hey Coach, I'm with my gf for 1 year now. And the relationship is going really well. She is always sweet to me and is doing everything for me. My Problem now is that she want to go with her other 2 female friends to a Party holiday for one week. If I'm honest it bothers me a little bit because i know what people are doing there. I said to her it would be better for me when she doesnt go to that holiday but I would not forbid it. She said to me it would be the last time for her to go there. What opinion do you have on that and is it a Red flag ?

I have a question and would like anyone's thoughts. I asked out this woman with the direct approach as I only see her at her job. She paused and I heard a hmm then she said i'm in a relationship. I said ok no worries have a good day and left. My observations are she lied about being in a relationship because the fact she said hmm means she was thinking should I go out with this guy or not then decided not to. What does everyone think?

Your explanation for her reaction is possible, and I don't know her so I can't speak for her. But as a woman, I can speak from my own experience and tell you that it's also very likely that it's actually the opposite of what you're thinking. It's very possible that she actually does like you but maybe she really is in a relationship, and she might be in a rough place with her boyfriend at the moment. So maybe for a second, she was actually considering whether or not to call it quits with the boyfriend and take you up on your offer, or maybe for a second, she was considering sneaking around behind her bf's back just to see how things would go with you because she does actually see potential in you, but her conscience might've kicked in and told her to be honest with you and inform you of her relationship status. Not sure if that makes sense lol but as a female, that's actually been my experience many times. But personally, I feel like the fact that she didn't just give you a straight-up "no" or didn't immediately say that she was in a relationship indicates to me that she might have actually had some interest in you but that she didn't want to be dishonest or lead you on. Just my 2 cents :)
Either way though, don't get discouraged! I think it's very cool that you took a direct approach like that and I know a lot of women (myself included) appreciate that! Maybe she just isn't the right one, or maybe it's just not the right timing for her, but don't let that get you down and definitely don't be too hard on yourself. You sound like a very sweet person and as much as rejection sucks, it might have had nothing to do with you at all.

Search Corey Wayne's channel for "Consciousness Exercise Stage 1" - there are 12 videos of the stages. Dr. D'Anna does a good job of going through them. If you can find a Network Spinal Analysis Chiropractor in your area, they will help coach you. In short, all our wounds are held in our bodies, and until we connect with them, face and feel them, and rise to a higher level of consciousness, we will stay stuck. This is based on Donny Epstein's 12 Stages of Healing and the consciousness exercises are Donny's Somato Respiratory Integration. There's a workbook that can be purchased to help guide you as well.
