One the best Bologna sandwiches I’ve ever had.
Looks good Sarge ! Man I ate so much bologna growing up I had it running out of my ears !!! We called it Bowen Ridge steak 😂 Every summer I get a hankering for it now. White bread, miracle whip a squirt of mustard and a big ol slice of Vidalia onion.......good stuff, make a puppy dog pull a freight train.👍I aint never heard of it smoked, gonna have to give it a shot, looks great .

Larry not only can you hunt but cook smoked bologna also, good job. I grew up in WV and we called that coal miner steak...finger lickin good where ever your from.

Beef tastes the best I think, but the traditional chicken, pork, beef mix is good as well.
I reckon it's too late for me to tell you never smoke a roll of bologna and serve to your friends,
if you intend on keeping them.
