Thank U Dr.Drew 4 telling people '"this is a MEDICAL condition." because it is a medical condition of the brain. I am not happy that EVERYONE tells me, almost daily, "U don't know how lucky your R, U have a great life." yes I do but this illness is so serious it is a day to day battle. This IS life threatening to us just like advanced cancer is to someone else. If we R in a MIXED episode, depressed AND manic at the same time, suicide is very common!

It was irresponsible of the media to continue this interview and then share it when Charlie is clearly suffering a mental health crisis. Shame on them. They are using his illness to profit from him.

No he means hypo manic, not fully manic. Fully manic people have become psychotic in most cases and are, if you can imagine it, more erratic than Charlie's behaviour here. I've visited psych wards and seen fully manic people. It's quite something compared to this !

If Charlie could get his mind right, that’s malpractice and he could see this tv doctor. A lot of these dr this and that on tv basically passed med school, seen a few patients, and become tv expert drs. Very unprofessional. They are more like actors with an education. When was the last time dr Phil sat down with patients in a clinic and treated them? What about dr fauxi?

Anderson doesn't seem to understand that what charlie is experiencing is a side effect of stimulant abuse. it's not that he is permanently in that state.
That's why people with bipolar disorder can't take ADHD stimulants like Ritalin, Adderall or Vynase. It causes mania. I have ADHD and bipolar 2 disorder and ended up not being able to take Ritalin for my ADHD just last year. I'm very concerned for Charlie when he gets like this. Mania can lead people to jump off buildings. He's in danger.
+Jack Guthrie not just people with bipolar disorder which has nothing to do with this video, but also theres people who arent able to take any sort of psychoactive mind-altering substance at all because of this on disorder called Psychotropic substance addiction. You've probably heard of it by its other name....what was it called.... oh yeah DRUG ADDICTION. *(and again note that i say ADDICITION not DEPENDENCE). the usual name of a patient who suffers this disorder is called a DRUG ADDICT. In Charlies case he seems to enjoy psychoactive stimulants and this HYPOMANIA he is experiencing is only but a symptom of the main diagnoses drug addiction.

Such a shame for him. Drugs destroy lives and cociane is probably the worst. When this doctor says sheen is "probably not using" what the actual fuck. This is not charlie sheen. This is charlie sheen on cocaine. He is not like this normally. Least he has sorted himself out now. Which should be commended as beating that particular drug is not an easy task. Two and a half men was never the same after he left the show.
I'm not a doctor, but I'll bet my last dollar Charlie had been up for almost a week and was smoking coke boulders by the truckload. I've seen people on benders, and he acts just the way they acted. I say acted cause they are all dead now.

I hear ya! But he’s not smoking anything. This is a manic episode. Very similar to being whacked out on drugs. He acted like this in another interview and the asked him to take a drug test. He agreed and the results were negative. No drugs in his system. This is manic depression. He will crash hard after being in this stage. Usually while in this state he will stay up for many days in a row the. His body will shut down and probably sleep for a couple days and wake up with what will feel like the biggest hangover in the world.
Cocaine is a helluva drug.
