..love her phrasing and word placement. Such an impressive body of work, and those that have been set to music, amplify the sweet message of the gospel.
My roommates and I learned what a great saint Eliza was when living in the dorm at BYU scores of years ago. Grateful I am for her example and this video.
She was a saint. in many ways she is the most elect lady in the Church. She suffered much in her life through mobocrats and living on the frontier. Yet she dedicated her entire life to the Church and the welfare of it's people. She wrote so many hundreds of poems, I wish I could put them all on.
I for one would be interested in additional posts of her poems with a timeline of her life when she wrote them, if possible. Have they been published? I apologize for being ignorant if they have.
@@audriabuchanan244 Thank you for being interested. As far as I know she published two volumes in her life containing her poems. I have pdf versions of her two volumes. The first one is published in 1856, in Liverpool. It is Titled "POEMS, Religious, Historical, and Political." It is 270 pages long. The Second volume is Volume 2 published in 1877. You can find volume 2 here: books.google.com/books?id=GGEwAQAAMAAJ&printsec=frontcover&source=gbs_book_other_versions_r&cad=4#v=onepage&q&f=false
I read a story about Joseph Smith telling a brother who was sheltering Joseph from a mob that the 10 tribes were taken off the earth. Joseph pointed at a distant star and said "that's where they were taken".
You may be interested in this video, that has several quotes from early Church leaders and others about where they believe the ten tribes are. ruclips.net/video/ZxYKlUU1pk0/видео.html
I was reading a little bit of next week's come follow me and it stands in contrast to these magnificent words, I am referring to section 67 ! Oh the wonder of womanhood.
Beautiful ❤️🙏🏼🥰🙌🏼✝️ praise God Amen… Hallelujah 🙏🏼✝️🙏🏼✝️
This poem of the lost ten tribes totally validates Michael B. Rush's opinion on where they truly are!!!!!!!
You've truly earned my subscription!👍👏
Beautiful presentation with a lot to think about.

“Oh My Father” is my chosen song for my open house funeral.
To me it is one of the all time greatest hymns.
We chose it for my dad's funeral. Its my favorite.
Mine too. !!!
