    Very interesting! could be that the traps get long and weak because of these forward posture? Thanks in advance

      Jordi Trias: thanks for reaching out! Yes, the traps certainly can (and likely will) become long (not always weak) with FHP.

    Really good. I Just cannot breathe by the nose with the tongue on right position.

      Rodrigo Duarte Santana: thank you for reaching out. Can you breathe through your nose when your tongue is out of position? And if so, what is that position. The normal resting tongue position is what you’re striving for. If that compromises your nasal breathing capabilities, we should look into other concerns, such as cranial faults or food sensitivities.
